Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit im Riad Kniza verbracht, ingesamt 1 Woche. Besonders hervorzuheben an diesem Riad ist die stilvolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich bewegt. Alle Zimmer, Gänge, Höfe und die Dachterrasse sind wunderschön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Ebenso fantastisch ist das Hotelpersonal, das sich ausnahmslos viel Mühe gibt, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend ist und maßgeblich dazu beiträgt, wie wohl man sich hier fühlt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Fehd, der uns täglich das Frühstück gerichtet hat und unglaublich professionell und freundlich ist. Ebenso ein Dank an die Damen von der Rezeption und dem Team, das unser Zimmer mehrmals täglich auf die diskreteste und angenehmste Art gereinigt hat. Einzige Verbesserungspunkte sind die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer (zB recht laute Türen erschweren das einschlafen etwas), hier könnte man Oropax anbieten. Und das Frühstück war absolut lecker, aber täglich auch nahezu gleich, was bei ein paar Tagen ok ist, nach einer Woche aber ein wenig ‚langweilig’ wird. Hier würde etwas frisches Obst oder Gemüse guttun oder eine Auswahlmöglichkeit verschiedener Optionen. Unter dem Strich eine tolle Erfahrung, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und haben auch die hauseigene Sauna und Massageangebote genutzt und können dies sehr empfehlen.

Ein wirklich schönes stilvolles Hotel mit wunderschönen Terrassen zum Frühstücken aber auch zum Abendessen. Sehr gut gelegen in der Medina. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück nach Wunsch serviert kein Buffet.

We had 4 nights at Riad Kniza during our recent holiday in Marrakech. This Hotel totally exceeded our expectations at all levels. A stunning building with wonderful attention to detail and service. We cannot fault anything and the Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you. We would encourage anyone visiting Marrakech to consider staying at Riad Kniza.

Exceptional service from the staff. Yes, the rooms are beautiful, the riad itself and courtyards and sensationally furnished, and this makes for a comfortable stay, but the standout is the attention and support of the staff on the premises. Their attention to your needs, requests, and desires are not only met but they go above and beyond your expectation. That is quality, and more than deserving of a 5 star rating. Another fantastic aspect of the riad is the food. The restaurant was ready to cater and customize the breakfast we requested and the dinner was more flavorful than any other restaurant meal we had within Morocco. And food was abundant. Special thanks to Isham and Bouchra for making our stay absolutely fantastic!

The most beautiful Riad and close to the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The Riad is absolutely fabulous snd everything you can imagine in a Morrocan experience. Filled with fascinating and beautiful books, pictures snd furniture it is an oasis to relax in and enjoy Rooms are perfect and the breakfast on the roof terrace is very special The staff are what always makes these places so special - here they are fabulous. Be sure to visit the family collection of artefacts in their Museum and private shop across the street (you may have to ask for the owner to show you !) We can’t recommend this stay highly enough - will certainly be back and make recommendations to all our friends.

Warm and welcoming from walking through the door. Fabulous surroundings, clean, lovely spacious room and bathroom with superb shower. The hospitality is second to none thanks to all of the lovely friendly staff. Walk across the alley and there's a rooftop restaurant owned by the same family. Serving international and Moraccan dishes. The exotic salad is delicious. Downstairs is a studio exhibiting beautiful photographs of Moroccan way of life and architecture. Ask politely and you may get a private view of the family museum also right next door. I loved this riad and will definitely be returning. It is tucked away in the local food shopping area, so you get a real sense of Moroccan life, as the streets are bustling with families buying their daily provisions. Just watch out for all the motorcycles as they don't take prisoners. I will continue to gush about this place for months as I loved it. ❤️

From the moment we entered the Riad, they welcomed us with snacks and Mint tea. Checked with us on our plans but did not push any of their agenda. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. They served us a great breakfast spread in our room each morning. Each member of their staff, smiling and helpful. Perfect welcome to Morocco.
