The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

All is good but make sure to have your own sim and internet. The WIFI is bad and they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They’d probably tell you it your phone like the did me. So just buy a SIM card and have data. A SIM card is just 3 euro and you can get about 4gb for 2 euro.

Das Hotel liegt abseits der Stadt und dem Trubel. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Bus in die Altstadt.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und das Essen war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Es hat sich angefühlt wie „Nach-Hause-Kommen“
Das Personal war super! Großes Lob an Adil aus dem Restaurant und Boughlala in der Lobby Bar und Mehdi an der Rezeption. Auch die anderen waren wahnsinnig freundlich zu uns. Die Einzigen Mankos: der Weg vom Zimmer bis zum Restaurant bzw. Bis zur Lobby ist wirklich sehr, sehr weit. Und ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer für Babynahrung wäre wirklich mehr als praktisch.
Aber alles andere war top!! Im Spa kann man sehr entspannen. Die Damen dort verstehen was von ihrem Handwerk. Die Sauberkeit ist top,top,top!!
Das Essen ist eher eine 2-, weil ich mir mehr Obst gewünscht hätte. Aber das ist meine persönliche Auffassung.
Wir kommen wieder. Das ist sicher!!!!

Grosses Zimmer mit viel Stau- und Abstellraum. Das Personal ist im ganzen Hotel sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Eingangshalle bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten für Gruppen, die abends nicht in der Bar mit super Livemusik sitzen möchten, sondern bei einem Drink plaudern oder Kartenspielen wollen.

The hotel is fine with nice services, but there was issues such as not offering electric kettle, repeatedly broken room keys, very old towels, and poor lost and found service. But the restaurants and the shuttle and overall attitude of the staff were nice

I liked the resort had security and my private guides and taxis had to go through security.
My hotel room was fine. I had a clogged up bathroom sink. I had to go to the desk to get it resolved because my calls weren’t answered.
The food wasn’t that great and I ended up not feeling good. The hot foods weren’t that hot and the seasoning was off. I couldn’t even get a pot of good coffee. It was a Nescafé dehydrated coffee. I realized on my last day at the resort, there was an espresso machine at the bar. However, the food and drinks outside the resort was great.
I was not impressed with the lack of details the front desk had regarding taxis and resorts. There was no consistency with taxi and booking details such as pricing.
Prior to leaving the last day, I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi at 4:00 AM. When I reconfirmed this taxi on Saturday evening, I was told don’t worry and I confirmed that price is usually $200 to $250 Moroccan dirham. If the hotel has taxis on standby for destination, should the fare be determined before hand. I was should that my fare when I arrived to the airport to the resort was $130 Moroccan dirham and leaning the resort at 4:30 AM was $250 Moroccan dirham. But what upset me was the fact, the taxi driver then said $300 Moroccan dirham at the airport. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth leaving the resort.
But I did enjoy relaxing at the pool and spa. I just wished our rooms had better tv channels and toiletries.
