Bed is to old and not really clean.air conditioner not good enough ..also breakfast terrible

You do not get what you pay. I do not expect high quality but Air Conditioning was out of service and also cleaning of facility was awful. Towel were reused without being washed and I had to handle with a toilet paper for 5 days although I demanded for them. Every single time answer was “Okay, on the way” Sadly, this simple problem could not be solved during my holiday. One of guys at reception was nice and helpful. I do not want to comment for the rest of staff. They were just managing to ridicule with customers. Would I come to Marmaris again? Yep. Would I prefer here ? Nope.

Filthy run down hotel, previously stayed here before and wasn’t like this! The pictures speak for themselves, we had our room cleaned 3 times out of 27nights! We ended up buying our own cleaning stuff and scrubbing the place, we had to ask for our own towels and bedding and make it ourselves due to no real cleaners in the hotel (only staffs girlfriends) my 7 year old son was subject to bullying from Michelle because I commented on a post about the hotel so she was targeting him! (Sad lady) she stormed up to me one day and was arguing with me infront of guests and my children, very unprofessional! I was refused towels and towels, the shower door fell on my sons head, the mattress was absolutely filthy, bed bugs on the second floor when we was there, towels all frayed with holes in and blood stains, bedding smelling of smoke , management are not interested and avoid the issues raised. The hotel is not fit for purpose and should be closed down. The owner has since been harassing me to take the review down and then threatened me. Avoid for your own safety! Cant attach all photos as only allowed to post 10!

Avoid this hotel unless u want to be covered in bites. Have to ask for room to be cleaned & fresh towels otherwise no1 will clean it during ur stay… We stayed as a big family split in 3 rooms.. 9 of us altogether, 6 of us wer covered in bites after a week.. initially thinking it was a reaction when the first child came out in them cause there was that many we brushed it off until the following day another of the kids had come out in them & id googled what bed bug bites looked like and they were exactly the same… so we pulled the sheets back to check the mattress 🤢🤢🤢 omg we were literally nearly sick! We spotted a good few bed bugs so told management hu did get someone to come and fumigate.. after being out the room all day we wnt back to find that the bedsheets hadnt even been pulled back in one of the rooms! So then had to change room (which i dnt think any of us slept cz was literally crawlin after what we had seen)… The other room we left empty all night due to being told after fumigating the door would need to be opened but it never was so the smell was too bad for the kids bt we wer told it was fumigated, bleached and under and around the beds scrubbed lol next joke… the following morning we went in to check & it was even worse! We found nests of bed buGs in the creases of the mattress, live ones still crawling on top & on the floor, we moved the beds & found rubbish, toys, n dust from where it had obviously not been pulled out in months! Absolutely disgusting! We were refused a full refund and only given back the money for the 3 nights we wernt staying there (we obviously had to move hotel with 6 kids as they wer all sore and itchy covered in bites!) We had to visit the chemist around 2/3 times for antibiotics, antibiotic cream, calamine lotion, calpol & savlon we also used as we had brought that from home. Told they would burn everything in them rooms for me to walk in as id forgotten something to find 3 turkish men in bed where they had jst rented the room back out (id only left that room the night before at 7pm) Will certainly not ever be going back here

im not going to wright all about it ive put it on most no towels no toilet paper all the worst possible things you can think about in a Turkish hotel run by turkish people who have asylum seekers as residents

Definitely would not stay again. Room was cheap, I found out why when I arrived. Room was very small, luckily I was alone so it was ok, not even big enough for 2 people I would say. Air con was awful, didn’t help with the heat at all, in the end it was better to sleep with the balcony door open. Stayed for 2 weeks and room wasn’t cleaned even once, had to find a member of staff and ask for new towels. Bathroom was ok, other then flooding whenever the shower was used. Some staff are helpful but other are very aggressive, trying to bully you into staying in the hotel and spending money during the day. I have been to Marmaris 11 times and stayed in 7 different hotels, Club Chicago is the only one I wouldn’t return to. Also what’s the point in having broken TV’s in the rooms.

We have just returned from a 16 day holiday at Chicago. I cannot believe some of the reviews being so negative. I can honestly say we had a fantastic time. The rooms are clean and the bedding is changed every other day or if you want every day. The shower is excellent really powerful and lovely fluffy large towels provided. Pool area is lovely and kept clean all day long. Food is excellent and cooked to perfection. The beer is always cold and a fresh cold glass with every drink. the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our first visit and definitely won't be our last in fact we have already booked for next year. Thank you Emin, George and all the staff for a wonderful time

We have just returned from a 16 day holiday at Chicago, DO Not be put off with some of these reviews....The rooms are clean the bedding is fresh the Shower is powerful the pool is Clear the Beer is Cold and the Staff are helpful and energetic. This is not our first time at this Hotel returning customers over the past 6 years with 3 visits this year. Our party ranged from 2 Year old to Grand Parents. Only Negative would be the Customers that leave these reviews.... they smile and thank the staff for all their support then turns to TripAdvisor and slaughter them! Great changes being made for 2023 exciting times see you in May

I stayed here in July 2022 and had a fabulous holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and you only have to ask staff if you need anything. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need including a hairdryer in the bathroom, spacious wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The rooms are very clean. If you need fresh towels in between cleans you only need to ask at reception. The air con is extra but is MUCH cheaper compared to other hotels. Pool and bar area is really well looked after. The pool is a good size and catches a huge amount of sun during the day. It is cleaned daily and everything including the floor is washed down at the end of the day and the sun loungers and parasols are set out again tidily. The seating is very comfortable and you can enjoy your meals either in the sun or in the shade. The music in the pool bar is by far the best of any hotel I've stayed at so far. A huge mix of genres to suit every taste from old skool to dance to motown. The drinks are fabulous and very reasonably priced. Demo is a great bar man. The food at the hotel is lovely. Breakfast is a buffet turkish breakfast with a great variety of choice. Lunch and dinner again there is a good choice of food at a very reasonable price. George is the best and he will look after you and nothing is too much trouble. George is very knowledgeable and if your stuck for choice will happily recommend dishes for you. George always makes sure you are happy and well looked after. There were times when I came down at 9.30pm and after for dinner and that was no problem. I found booking through the hotel directly with Michelle got me the best price. Michelle is always on hand to answer any questions and was very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and look forward to staying with them again on my next trip. Id highly recommend booking here you won't be disappointed!
