Ich bin seit zwei Jahren im Hotel Conti gekommen, als ich zum ersten Mal im Sommer 2022 kam. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sie haben unser Zimmer ohne Probleme verändert, besonders Joseph, ich danke dem Herrn sehr, sehr sympathisch und Monsieur, ein Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück ist. Review for Met Boutique Hotel in Marmaris: I recently stayed at Met Boutique Hotel in Marmaris and had a mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several disappointments that affected my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would rate it as a three-star accommodation. One of the main issues I encountered was the inadequate air-conditioning in our deluxe room. The room temperature remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Despite notifying the staff about the issue, the problem was not resolved, and this greatly affected my comfort during my stay. Additionally, I had requested in advance for the sofa bed to be prepared, but upon arrival, it was not done. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, when I requested additional mattress sheets at night, they were not available, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The hotel's address was not clear in the reservation instructions, and navigating the stone-grounded uphill streets of Marmaris with luggage was quite challenging. This lack of clarity made the arrival experience more difficult than it should have been. The comfort of the mattress and pillows provided in the room was below par. They were noticeably uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep during my stay. This aspect could definitely be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, the hotel's location and view were impressive. The scenic surroundings and proximity to attractions added value to the stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the recent renovations gave the property a fresh and modern look. However, it's worth mentioning that despite reserving a family two-bedroom room for four people, we were given two separate small rooms instead. This was not the arrangement we had anticipated, and it did not meet our expectations for a comfortable family stay. In conclusion, Met Boutique Hotel in Marmaris had its share of disappointments. The issues with the air-conditioning, lack of prepared sofa bed, unavailable mattress sheets, unclear address instructions, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and the incorrect room allocation were all factors that affected my overall experience. Nevertheless, the hotel's location, view, cleanliness, and recent renovations were positive aspects that should be acknowledged. If improvements are made in the areas of guest comfort and attention to detail, the hotel has the potential to provide a more enjoyable stay for its guests.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gespannt, weil ich glaube, dass der Vorfall mit dem Restaurantmanager unseren Aufenthalt beeinflusst hat. So lassen Sie mich fair sein und es in zwei brechen: Pros: Reinigungspersonal machen eine tolle Arbeit und immer mit einem Lächeln, das Hotel sehr sauber Gokken und die Nachtarbeit Lady am Front Desk für hilfreich und untergebracht sowie Durchführungsbestimmungen zu halten Logischerweise. Kons: Restaurant auf der Website vor allem das Personal am Nachmittag. Frühstücksbedienstete war schön, aber das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt in der Wahl und keine Standardwahl außer kochen Eier ist verfügbar. Nachmittagspersonal ziemlich scharf, da sie Ihnen nicht einmal Wasser aus der Quelle trinken lassen (eine der Kinder in der Party hat das erlebt!). Tatsächlich geschah der Vorfall, als dieses Kind eine Flasche Wasser mit ihm bekam, als wir von einem Tag am Strand zurückkehrten, nur um uns von dem Nachmittagsmanager zu rufen und vorzulesen, es wegzuwerfen, da das Hotel eine strenge Politik der nicht zulassen Nahrung von außen im Hotel in den Zimmern sogar! Gott sei Dank Gokken war da und erzählte dem Kerl, dass das gut wäre, die Idee ist, dass Sie nicht erlaubt, Nahrung und Getränke in den Zimmern nicht eine offene Flasche Wasser! Der Kerl muss geträumt haben, er arbeitete in einem 5-star Hotel und wach auf, um es umzusetzen. Ich würde eine solche Politik gut machen, wenn das, was wir wollten, im Restaurant aber verfügbar wäre, sie arbeiten auf einem sehr grundlegenden Menü und es ist unser Recht, unsere eigenen Dinge zu haben! Schließlich sind andere Optionen jedoch begrüßenswerter, ich würde zurück für die Reinigung und Lage (aber ohne Frühstück :)

Dies war ein Aufenthalt mit der Familie mit 5 Personen: Ich will nicht einen negativen Feedback verlassen, da wir nicht hier zu lange geblieben sind. Allerdings haben wir die Nachteile erlebt, dass es viele Fragen hinsichtlich der Zahlung an das Hotel, so dass wir bei der Eincheckung bezahlt, ohne zu wissen, ob unsere Buchung abgelehnt wurde oder nicht. Vielleicht hatten wir Glück? 1. Bemerken Sie, dass der Pool sehr klein ist 2. Parkplatzprobleme haben jedoch vielleicht nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Die Rezeption konnte uns nicht helfen, Allerdings hat uns eine örtliche freundliche Person zu einem nahegelegenen möglichen Parkplatz geholfen Dieses Hotel ist sehr nah für Ihr Nachtleben und Erfahrungen in Bezug auf Kaffee oder Alcohol-Cafés! Dieses ist sehr schön, wenn Sie in diese sind. Es könnte Lärm in der Nacht sein, aber das Hotel ist auch sehr gut an den lokalen Bars und Nachtclubs gelegen. Beachten Sie, dass die Einzel-/Doppelzimmer sehr klein sind. Fast klaustrophobisch. schließlich hatten wir einen OK Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage. Es gibt auch einen großen Aquapark in der Nähe! Viele Geschäfte auch.

Absolutely disgusting. doors and windows didn't lock, carpets were stained black, the aircon wasnt working and after many complaints still was not sorted at all so every night was hot, we also had around 6 powercuts, the food we ended up eating out as it was olives, chips and peppers for breakfast everyday and for tea was one set meal of rice and salad and a meatball again same everyday. The staff themselves even say how poor the standard is in the hotel, the owner apparently knows all of this but isnt bothered aslong as he gets his money off the tourists, there words not mine. The maintenance there wasn't any, the cleaner came in to our room 3 times in 2 weeks and only changed the bedding and towels, not one bit of actual cleaning and didn't even supply toilet roll. In marmaris as soon as it hits the tourist season they up the prices by 5x, this is no exaggeration. Its more expensive in Marmaris then it is in the uk. All the locals told me this is what happens. Very bad stay, very bad place. Also the beach is so packed with sunbeds you can barely see the sand. Rip off country. The place isnt the same anymore.

Set on a beautiful bay right on the beach the diplomat hotel has been a stay to remember. There is something special and magical about this little place. The food was amazing and the service on the beach was fantastic. Loved the beautiful evenings at the bar watching sunset and one of the nights we were treated to live local music making our experience even more wonderful. I will never forget my stay here and will be sure to return one day.
