Hotelux la Playa Alamein

Die Internetverbindung ist überall im Hotel sehr schlecht. Badezimmergarnituren alt. TV-Kanäle sind sehr begrenzt. Keine englischen Kanäle. Der Pool ist klein und überfüllt. Das Frühstück ist weniger als normal. Mitarbeiter sind nicht glücklich. Ich habe kein Lächeln gesehen 😂 Der Strand ist nicht sauber. Medizinische Masken, die vom Hotelpersonal selten verwendet werden

This hotel has one of the best beaches I have been to in my life. The rooms are gorgeous with comfy beds and a really nice bathroom. We had a Seaview room and it was well worth having, with lovely clean balcony and comfy furniture. The food was very good and I had one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and they went above and beyond to help me celebrate my friends birthday whilst we were staying at the property. I used the spa services for a full body massage and it was excellent. I would recommend this property to stay at and I will visit there again.

That’s my second visit to the property , All the Staff are very friendly and helpful, starting from the reception staff Ms eman,Mr Ahmed and Mr Moustafa . I would like also to give a special thanks to Mr. Ahmed kamel in room service team for his polite attitude, professionality and support he gave us specially dealing with my old age parents. Breakfast food was also Great in terms of Quality and variety of options . This place is perfect specially for families.

I’m very happy in hotelux i love thank all stuff in hotel.really all stuff are respect and kind reclation and housekeepping.thank you stuff in restraunt it,s great eats ,drink and sweets. The view beach its very beatuifull. The hotel is 4 stars with an average facilities. The staff are welcoming, the room size is good with balconies. The A/C and minibar are good. The room have ironing facility. The breakfast includes varieties, but sweets are not tasty. They have sandy beach but the facilties are poor starting from dirty towels, old and small umbrellas, bad mattress, and some trashes around. They offered us smoked room even we do not smoke and the smell was not so good. The bathroom lightening is not good and missing hair dryer. They need to upgrade the staff dressing code. Their customer service is almost not existing. My birthday was on second day of arrival, and their customer service didn't care, while in many other service providers do care even with a word of happy birthday. But the hotel is good in compared with other hotels in the North coast with same 4 stars, but sure you will get better service with better price with same 4 stars but in other locations in Egypt

I want to come back again, Mr. Mustafa was wonderful and smart & friendly Provides assistance and service, The color of the sea is wonderful, I didn't regret it for a moment, The prices were very suitable

Let me start off by saying that the best thing about this hotel is the beach access. It’s a beachfront hotel with one of the best beaches in the North Coast that even Marina residents do not have access to. Having said that, almost everything in the hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms/beds (twin are tiny and low) with the roughest sheets you can imagine. These sheets must have been washed and reused 5000 times. My 7 year old son was complaining they hurt his skin. Worse yet, sheets and comforters almost always had some yellow stains on them that did not come out with washing. The bathroom in the room was gross, toilet seat had a permanently yellow color and the sinks as well as the footless standing shower seemed to be falling apart. Towels were also rough and hard to come by as they were not generous with them. After a long day out and putting on the correct sign to clean the room, we arrived and found the room I cleaned and no clean towels! Also be aware that they tried to get us to take a room with a higher rate that they only said they had available at our time or checkout, when I insisted that I wanted the room I booked on the website, magically a room was ready. They also advertised a car service and introduce you to a guy called Amr who is practically useless as he is neither available to drive you around nor does he have any other drivers! Breakfast is acceptable with the usual fare. Come to this hotel only for the BEACH but do not expect much more :(
