The room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good.
But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made!
There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks.
First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly trea**ent as during check-in…
If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one.
We will not come back here!

The Pullman Sea Temple Resort was a beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and the 1 bedroomed apar**ent was fantastic in every way.
I will definitely be returning!

酒店不在凱恩斯，更小眾，能直接去享受棕櫚灣的閑適安靜。酒店的大泳池非常推薦，甚至有潛水區。
房間相對國內同級別酒店還是略簡陋了一些，建議做好心理準備。
很特別且美好的回憶～

This is a wonderful property located in a quiet area of Palm Cove. Megan, Steve and team make you feel most welcome. Apar**ents are spacious with full kitchen and laundry. Restaurant is always at a high standard and great value with the Accor Plus card. Great gym located onsite also.

This resort is fair. I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms were spacious, but they were also infested with small bugs - mosquitos and small gnats. Small spiders. I had them spray for bugs one night, but more came back. The room had a nice large bathtub with jets, but it had lots of little bugs sitting in it. I suppose I could have flushed them down, but somehow it just wasn’t appealing. There were small frogs trying to get in through the bathroom window, but thankfully they could not. When I left, I had more than a dozen mosquitoes bites. The service at the front desk was good. One woman was especially attentive and helpful but I can’t recall her name. The massage I received in the spa was nice, very relaxing. The bar area was fair - food was mostly fried stuff. Cocktails were ok. We didn’t eat at the restaurant there. It’s a short walk to the Main Street of Palm Cove where all of the restaurants are. Honestly, if I had it to do over again, I don’t think I’d stay in Palm Cove. The beaches are really nothing special and aside from a few sectioned off areas, you can’t swim in the ocean because of crocs.

The young waitresses provide friendly, courteous and excellent service. Awesome food coffee at the pool pavilion. The older middle aged woman who sometimes serves is always grumpy and one star. A big contrast to the girls. The girls are five star!

We stayed here in Jan 2023 for 5 nights as part of a wider trip to Australia. We really enjoyed staying here, the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming with good facilities. We stayed on a room only basis and ate at local eateries during our stay, so can't comment on the food. However, the bar service was excellent with great cocktails, including a cocktail of the day. Pool area was quite busy, but as this is tropical Queensland the majority of people do use the pool as the beach is not suitable for swimming due to the crocs and jelly fish. Shops, restaurants etc are all in easy walking distance. Good place to stay.
