Der Ort ist ziemlich sauber. Das Personal und sind sehr nah an und untergebracht. Ich genieße wirklich meinen Aufenthalt dort.

Very strategic location for hype solo traveler. However, if you are the type who gives value to smooth good night sleep the Hotel is the last on your list because it is near to drinking and party pubs with live band and disco music which starts from sunset to near dusk.

Wir hatten ein Superior King-Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein viel größeres Premiere King-Zimmer. Das Hotel riecht so gut. Mir fiel auf, dass es an der Rezeption nur eine Mitarbeiterin gab, daher ist beim Ein- und Auschecken mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber wirklich geräumig. Es ist zu groß für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben. Der Fernseher ist nur ein LCD-Fernseher, kein Smart-TV. Die Bettwäsche scheint alt zu sein, riecht aber gut. Keine Bademäntel. Keine Hausschuhe. Kein Kaffee/Tee/Zucker, aber es gibt einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer und kostenloses Wasser auf dem Flur. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Badezimmerausstattung scheint neu zu sein. Es gibt ein Bidet und kostenlose Toilettenartikel. Es wurden nur 2 Badetücher bereitgestellt. Unser Upgrade-Zimmer ist großzügig möbliert. Gutes Internetsignal im Zimmer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Beachten Sie, dass beim Check-in eine Kaution von ₱2.000 zu hinterlegen ist und die Anzahl der Parkplätze begrenzt ist. Das Hotel ist zu Fuß von berühmten Restaurants in Binondo erreichbar, also ist dieses Hotel meine beste Wahl, wenn Sie einen kulinarischen Ausflug nach Binondo planen. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir lieben dieses Hotel.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. das 3. mal in diesem hotel, im allgemeinen sehr gut. lage super (nähe mall of asia, baclaran market, manila bay etc.), zimmer gross, fernseher, doppelbet plus 1 single bed, aircon ist effektiv aber laut, bad ist ok, inkl. haartrockner, es gibt einen kühlschrank und gekaufte getränke sind erlaubt, wasserkocher ist auch vorhanden mit tassen und löffel und 2 gratis instant kaffees. 7/11 ist im selben gebäude um die ecke. hotel hat ein frühstücksbuffet, sehr umfangreich mit filipino und europäischen/amerikanischen frühstück, eat as much as you can. sehr gut! nicht gut: das zimmer wurde in 4 tagen nicht einmal geputzt, obwohl wir mehrmals länger weg waren, dann am abend vom 3. tag um 21 uhr eine anfrage per telefon, ob das zimmer geputzt werden soll.... hmmm. das ist im nov 22 und jetzt im märz 23 so passiert. also weshalb es so ist, keine ahnung. ansosten sehr empfehlenswert. pool ist auch vorhanden im 2. stock mit nachmittags - sonne.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Service ist schnell, wenn Sie etwas anfragen müssen. Einfache Ausstattung, gute Lage, fußläufig zum Einkaufszentrum Newport und direkt vor dem Flughafen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine einfache Auswahl. Aber insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem ziemlich bewohnten Gebiet. Ein wenig chaotisch. Es sieht aus wie ein neues Hotel, sehr schön. Die Schale ist nur kalt. In der ersten Phase waren es vier Personen, aber die Kosten für vier bezahlten, wir sind sehr komfortabel, weil wir es wie ein privates Zimmer verwenden können. Ich bin mit dem Motorrad hier, aber der Parkplatz ist kostenlos.

Overall, ibis Styles Araneta provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making my stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return with our families!
