Der Personalservice ist aufmerksam, natürlich geben wir auch die großen Gebühren. - Zufrieden!

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

The staff is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They could tell I was from out of the country and made many recommendations for me to see their lovely city. The room was clean and housekeeping would come around later in the afternoon when I would be out. The restaurant buffet was wonderful, a wide selection of Asian foods. My departure flight was late in the day so they let me stay longer in the room with a later check out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

1. Zimmerservice Ich habe um 18:00 Uhr Essen bestellt, das Essen kam um 19:45 Uhr auf meinem Zimmer an. Mir wurde vorher gesagt, dass die Bestellung von Essen über den Zimmerservice 30 Minuten bis 1 Stunde dauert, aber es dauerte mehr als eine Stunde, bis mir mein Essen serviert wurde. Als ich nach dem Essen suchte, wurde mir gesagt, dass es viele Kunden gibt und das Hotel voll belegt ist, weshalb sie alle so beschäftigt sind, was mich sauer macht, denn das ist eine sehr miese Ausrede, die ich einem zahlenden Kunden geben kann . Eine sehr miese Ausrede für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Ein guter Service gerade eines 5 Sterne Hotels schmälert nicht, auch wenn viele Gäste da sind oder das Hotel stark ausgelastet ist. Das unterscheidet ein 5-Sterne-Hotel von anderen Hotels 2. Zimmerservice-Massage Sobald ich mein Zimmer betrat, rief ich die Rezeptionistin an, um einen Termin für eine Massage zu vereinbaren. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich für eine Massage um 15:30 Uhr gebucht sei. Es ist bereits 16:00 Uhr, keine Masseurin ist aufgetaucht. Als ich die Rezeptionistin anrief, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie die Masseurin doppelt gebucht hat und es keine andere verfügbare Masseurin gibt. Überhaupt keine Anstrengung, mich über ihren/ihren Fehler zu informieren. Ich habe auf nichts gewartet. Als ich um eine Erklärung bat, gab sie mir nur den Grund für die HOHE BESETZUNG! Auch das ist nicht gültig 3. Haushaltsführung Ich bin für den Abend abgereist, ich habe die Zimmermädchen gebeten, mein Zimmer zu reinigen. Die Zimmermädchen haben meinen Bademantel mitgenommen und ihn nicht einmal ersetzt. Als ich die Veranda überprüfe, gibt es ein gebrauchtes Antigen-Kit, was bedeutet, dass das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt wurde, als ich in dieses Zimmer eincheckte 4. Das Schloss an der Tür zur Veranda ist kaputt, ich muss einen Wartungsdienst rufen, um es reparieren zu lassen. Die Veranda ist ein Gemeinschaftsbereich, jeder, der in einer Veranda-Suite eingecheckt ist, kann mein Zimmer betreten, wenn ich es nicht reparieren lassen habe

Ich möchte Sir Mark aus dem Frontdesk einen besonderen Schrei machen, der sichergestellt hat, dass ich das beste Zimmer mit Makati Blick (übertragte mich 2x, da die anderen Zimmer kleinere Probleme haben). Besonderes Schrei an Sir William und Sir Lito, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Lichter, das Fernseher und die Sicherheitsschachtel funktionieren. Spezielle Schreie an Gemmay von der Hausaufsicht, um an meinen Anfragen teilzunehmen: genügend Wasserflaschen täglich, Reinigung meines Zimmers und zusätzlichen Kissen und Schrank für meinen Gast. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es ein Erdbeben und die Mitarbeiter sorgten dafür, dass alle Gäste sicher sind. Ich mag auch die Nähe des Hotels zu vielen Restaurants entlang Taft Ave. und auch es ist nahe zum Mall of Asia. Ich mag die elektronische Anzeige in jedem Zimmer, die zeigt 'Nicht stören' oder 'Make Room'. Danke für meinen Aufenthalt sicher und komfortabel.

Der Name dieses Hotels ist eigentlich nur ”Hotel Sogo Malate”, nicht sicher, woher der Quirino kam. Es ist auf Mabini Street. Ich habe ursprünglich für 3 Nächte gebucht, aber dann für weitere 3 Nächte verlängert, weil es ein guter Preis war und nicht weit von Robinsons Mall. Das Essen wird über Zimmerservice in Ihr Zimmer gebracht. Alle in Klingfilm verpackt. Genau wie die alten Quarantänetage. Nicht besonders gut, aber schnell angekommen. Personal im Hotel waren im Allgemeinen hilfreich und freundlich. Handy 7Eleven Gegenteil. Trike Fahrer auch da draußen hängen. Stör dich nicht, mit ihnen zu hagglen. Sprung in jede durchgehende Jeepney und gehen Sie in Robin's Keller, für 12 pesos .

Located in a small street in Malate, my experience here was quite pleasant. Their rooms have an old fashioned feel to them and I felt that I was in a small hotel in India, 30 years ago! But the air conditioning was good and everything worked nicely. The rooms are not sound proof. So if you have a family with a crying baby in the next room, as I did, it could be a bit of a problem. The staff were very sweet, particularly some of the gentlemen in the lobby and the lovely lady who checked me in at night. I feel bad that I forgot to note her name. Maybe Annette? Since my flight was late, I reached by around 11:00 at night. She was sweet enough to order me a Yummy Pizza from Shakey's nearby, using her app. (God bless her.)
