Hotel Tyrol

We spent 2 days at the Hotel Tyrol and can only speak positively about our stay. We were welcomed on arrival and given tips for things to do during our stay. The weather was not good, so we used the tourist card we received to go to Merano the following day. The room was attractively furnished in what I would call contemporary alpine style. We took a room with a view to the south, overlooking the valley and tower. The room looks as though it has been refurbished not that long ago and, for example, there are plenty of power outlets, including next to the bed, on both sides. Everything was spotlessly clean. We took half-board and I can only recommend it. It's outstanding value and the food was really good. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the tawn centre and about 15 minutes steep walk up from the station.

I was in this hotel for three days in July 2023. They did not speak English. I had a stain on the sheet for three days. I saw a ball on the stairs for a whole day in a row. To ask for an extra pillow it cost me to be understood despite the Google translator. I had to ask for it up to 3 times. The guy at the reception preferred to be with his friends at the reception, talking and drinking, rather than doing his job. I asked them to print me some train tickets and they refused. The most serious thing for me was at a dinner when a tall young waiter with glasses scolded me badly for having taken many dishes from the salad buffet. Because of my nervous character, I preferred not to answer him, since I didn't speak English and in Spanish it was almost better that he didn't understand me because dinner was already bitter. Dinner took a long time to serve the dishes that were already known in advance and the number of people I went for a long walk to relax to no avail. Arriving at the hotel at 21:30. I saw that there was no one at the reception, I asked a waiter for the complaint forms, he told me that they did not have them. When I left, I asked for the claim form again and the one who I suppose was the owner said that she did not have it or refused. That if he took the money with great joy for that if they were fast, I showed him my complaints translated on my mobile, he smiled and told me how he felt and left. I suppose that when he collected the money from another client, they were quick and efficient for that. The worst hotel in my opinion on this trip. One of these hotels can ruin your vacation. Except for an older waiter, the rest of the people are very poor and the waiter is rude.

È stata la prima volta dopo anni che frequento la montagna che mi sn trovata la cena al max alle 1930.. buffet senza neanche un affettato o formaggi della zona.. camera piccola e confusionale, frigor bar vuoto neanche una bottiglia di acqua...

Panorama fantastico con la comodità di avere l’hotel al centro del paese. Personale gentilissimo e buona cucina. Le stanze sono molto belle ed accoglienti e pulite. Unica pecca la SPA davvero molto piccola e la vasca idromassaggio poco pulita

Camera molto bella e pulita Posizione hotel ottima: mezz ora circa da lago resia ,stelvio e impianti di risalita. Colazione a buffet ricca.Idromassaggio in giardino e bella vista. Per cena menù con quattro portate proposte dallo chef ma cmq possibile chiedere variazioni . Consigliato

Abbiamo trascorso un sabato sera, la camera era meravigliosa, abbiamo trovato un ottima pulizia. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto gentilissimo. Grazie Lo consiglierei a tutti un buon tre stelle. La cena buona senza infamia ne lode come si dice quindi va bene. Punto di merito la colazione che ho trovato veramente eccellente😉😉 Se torniamo a Malles sappiamo dove andare.
