Do not stay hotel has 2 night clubs underneath of hotel so Carnt sleep till after 4 am food always cold and repetitive Que over 20 mins for a drink not wheelchair friendly slides and pirate pool closed some staff very rude room not cleaned cleaners used to fold dirty towels and put them back on the rails would never return to this hotel Carnt eat food round the pool have to sit on the tables food not covered and flys all over. It if u like rabbit and fish you will be ok all good undercooked the pic of the gap is where the wheelchair wheels would get stuck

Really poor in all aspects. Room was never cleaned properly with rubbish left in wardrobe from previous occupants. The cleaners even left our door open all day after cleaning. Food is the usual deep fried freezer stuff, they ran out of cutlery, coffee cups and glasses in the restaurant. Staff are all incredibly miserable and not particularly helpful. When checking out they tried to hang on to our security deposit, which for our party was over 400 euros, our coach for the airport was waiting outside and we were lucky that one of our party spoke fluent Spanish and we managed to get it back.

The hotel is lovely. But the aircon is disgusting I had to go to reception today as myself and daughter have woken up really poorly. Both sore throats. Bad coughs. The unit was full of dust!!!! The food was average. Pool was the best part. The entertainment was pooh!! Never again will we be staying here

Not a great experience overall, very noisy hotel. Most staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Rooms are really small. As a family hotel it had a lot of issues, pool opened too late and closed too early, you spend most of your morning waiting for the pool to open and then there is a rush from everyone trying to get a bed. Nowhere near enough umberellas for a family hotel too . The evening entertainment started way too late which was a shame. There is a nightclub under some of the rooms at the hotel, we requested to move once we checked in due to the noise. After 4 times asking and the receptionist and the manger being rude and telling us the whole hotel is noisy and we need to deal with it, we finally got offered another room on the other side of the hotel on our second day which was a lot quieter. Food was good, hotel was nice and clean and modern. Pools were good for the kids which was the best part of the hotel. Overall wouldn't return, if you go request a room facing the pool to avoid the noise.

Honestly ignore the bad reviews, I was dreading this holiday after reading all the terrible reviews but I swear they must have gone to a different hotel, the hotel is perfect for young children the pool couldn’t be better and the rooms and hotel are lively and clean, the pools and surrounding pool area are cleanwe so thoroughly every day and really well maintained, the food was exactly what you would expect of a typical all inclusive but lots of choice, the only negatives I have is the entertainment was late and also terrible it would be nicer also if this was outside but it felt like a bit of a chavvy bar, music and entertainment round the pool in the day would also be better, it’s very Brit’s abroad but you get what you pay for, the area itself is nice and so easy to get a train into Barcelona, also the beach is lovely and one of the cleanest I’ve been to! Overall perfect for a cheap family holiday

Kids loved this holiday...we have booked again for this year! We were lucky to get room with a sea view. Rooms spotless. Food average but plenty to choose from. Entertainment good for family in hotel at evenings. Swimming pools fantastic for kids. Shops and restaurants and bars all very close. Basically on the beach with a short walk. Would recommend.

Please ignore all the super bad reviews about this hotel, they aren't deserved. There are issues sure, but they are relatively minor. We travelled as a family of 4 from England during the May half term. We arrived 10 minutes before the end of evening dinner service & the receptionist told us to hurry and go eat before it closed and that we could check in properly after - which was super appreciated after a long day travelling! Staff are mostly all super friendly. Food is very good, cocktails and all inclusive drinks/snacks are all really nice too, we all enjoyed our meals and different offerings daily. Rooms are huge! We got a beach view without requesting or paying for it which left us very impressed. Loads of storage for clothes etc... Air con was not working, all turned off (it should be on really at this time of year, it was hot enough at night), but we went to the local supermarket and bought a desk fan - easily fixed. Beds are fairly comfy. Large tv on the wall. WiFi is super fast. Queues for drinks went down really quickly, never waiting more than a few minutes, bar staff always working hard. Nice arcade area for kids. Pools are amazing for little ones and I've never seen a hotel with so many sun beds, getting one was never an issue. A few rowdy families drunk, swearing and letting their kids squirt people sunbathing with their water guns. But it was a cheap holiday so sort of to be expected. Large sports teams staying at the hotel but only saw them at breakfast and they weren't on our floor so didn't hear anything during the night, though I know other guests had issues. Didn't hear anything from the nightclub during our stay below as others have said. Hotel is right on the beach, which was lovely. Flights were smooth and transfers were comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to young families! We personally won't be back as our boys are almost teenagers and found this hotel was more aimed at toddlers. Also we would prefer a hotel with a classier atmosphere amongst guests. Thank you Sorra Daurada for a great little budget half term holiday though. If you've got under 8's, your kids will love this!

Nice hotel for budget We were 13 of us The kids love the pools The staff was fabulous specially the bar man and the room attendant Ilona the dept reservation managed the get us a room for five on request The only down side of it was the food had not lots of variety But room was cleaned daily We have a great time Thank you all
