Aqua Hotel Silhouette & Spa - Adults Only

Me and my cousin were at Aqua Silhouette between 11-16 August. We had an amazing experience even before our arrival. From contacts over emails prior to arrival, to making adjustments for our stay. From Reception, to restaurant (waiters, hosts, chefs), bar, pool bar, housekeeping and Entertainment staff. The hotel staff were ALL absolutely fantastic, very friendly, attentive and engaging. Safe place to stay and a security person by the entrance door to ensure our safety. We absolutely felt very welcoming. During meal times, staff always remembered us and recalled previous conversations with us. We always spoke only in Spanish to everyone to also get a better sensation of being full on living our best life in Spain and build better connection with all. At times, when we were unable to say something in Spanish, all staff would make us feel super comfortable and they would speak to us in Portuguese, English and French (our languages). I absolutely loved how much all staff Made us feel comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is extremely beautiful, very clean, amazing decor and great facilities. The reception an area has an amazing vibe. So chic and the air freshener is now so characteristic. Loved it. Felt lush. The bar has an expensive look and beautiful. The cocktails were banging at the bar and by the pool. Well done. The room were so spacious and clean. Good and comfortable bed. Air con. Reallyyyyy nice balcony. Great bathroom too. All toiletries available for us. Even nail file and all other bits to sort it out your clothing too. In the room, We only had to have the pillow covers changed and reception helped us straight away. Big shout out to the housekeeping lady (blond hair. Didn’t get her name but worked at night 11.08.24). She came to our room straight away and changed the covers. Very friendly. The entertainment staff (Nelly and a lady) made our holidays feel like wanting to extend our time at the Aqua Silhouete. Loved having Zumba every day, nice music and bingo sessions offered too. They also had us entertained on 14.08.24 with a party at the bar (next to reception). The party was lit. Live music and Brazilian capoeira. We danced, we sang, the artists were great. Full house on a rainy night. The same night there was a circus outside the hotel but we rather enjoy the party inside. Staff around the pool area were brilliant. We could change our towels to new towels. If you want to have a towel from the hotel, you request it at Reception for €10/ each. Fully Refundable once you return the towel. There was a lifeguard and also someone cleaning the table at the end of each day. The pool area was very clean and welcoming. Toilet area around pool were frequently cleaned throughout the day. The hotel has 3 pools. Plenty of space with sun beds. The bar by the pool is great, and you can get strawberry gummies and savoury nibbles to enjoy whilst sipping delicious cocktails sat by the pool. A jewel of a hotel in which the staff do everything to make sure that you have the best possible holiday. It is impossible to fault it! Lovely clean and comfortable rooms, excellent food, very good entertainment to name but a few of the great things about this hotel.
