GUT: Tolle Lage, Green Belt und Poblacion sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen. Groß, sogar für ein Standardzimmer. Guter kleiner Küchenbereich. Schöne, einfache Fitness- und Poolausstattung. Freundliches Personal. NICHT SO GUT: Das Personal hat mir beim Einchecken den Reisepass nicht zurückgegeben, ich musste am nächsten Tag danach fragen. Zimmerhygiene unterdurchschnittlich, ziemlich viele Kakerlaken und Fliegen im Zimmer. Am inakzeptabelsten war eine Klammer in der Badewanne, die mir in den Zeh gestochen hat! Insgesamt war es ein oker Aufenthalt. Hoffentlich können sie sich verbessern, denn mir hat die Lage wirklich gefallen!

Did a 7 days booking here on Trip. Modified it for 6 days instead - did the modification 3 days before the checkout. Hotel did not give me a refund. Reception not helpful at all.

Das Einchecken war ein Kinderspiel, da der Gastgeber umgehend antwortete. Trip hat mir auch bei allem sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich. Wunderschönes Interieur. Ich liebte die Aussicht vom Balkon. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und es mit Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen. Hinweis: Chat mit Qi funktioniert, ebenso wie die Anrufunterstützung. Sobrang Nakakatulong und es gibt nicht viel Wartezeit. Mabait silang lahat. Wenn ich mich nur an ihre Namen erinnern könnte, hätte ich sie auch hier erwähnt, um ihnen zu danken und meine Wertschätzung zu zeigen.

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

Würde wiederkommen. Der einzige Nachteil (für mich unsere Situation) ist keine Änderung, keine Stornierung. Der Vorteil besteht darin, dass für die Dauer Ihres gebuchten Tages keine Stornierung Ihres gewünschten Aufenthalts im Hotel möglich ist. Und das System ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels von der Buchung bis zum Auschecken im Hotel sehr sicher und sicher. Also ganz großes Lob.

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinem Budget. Es gibt viele Restaurants zur Auswahl (chinesische, japanisch-türkische, spanische Restaurants usw.).

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Ich hatte eine frühzeitige Buchung für meine Reise nach Vietnam und zwischen den Flügen muss ich für 20 Stunden in Manila bleiben. Ich habe ein Hotel in Hop Inn gebucht und bereits erwähnt und die Möglichkeit für eine frühzeitige Ein- und Auscheckung enthalten. Die Hotels waren sehr gut, aber sie erlaubten mir nicht, einen frühen check in zu buchen, obwohl es als Option für meine Reservierung eingeschlossen wurde. Ich kam am Morgen um 7 Uhr an und musste bis 2.00 Uhr warten, um endlich Ruhe zu haben. Ich schluckte bis 2.00 Uhr aus im Lobby und endlich, als mein Zimmer bereit war, habe ich nur für 5 Stunden in der Innenstadt gelassen, weil ich früh auschecken musste. Was der Preis für meinen Aufenthalt wert? Ich denke nicht.
