Милый отельчик, который удобно расположен в самом центре Махабалипурам. Из него очень удобно добираться и до достопримечательностей, и до пляжа, и до всевозможных ресторанов, кафе, магазинов, автостанции. Порадовал также бассейн на территории и гостеприимный и доброжелательный персонал отеля.

This was a very disappointing experience. Our room on the ground floor was smelly, with tired furnishings, the bathroom wasn’t fully functional, and there was no outlook. However the pool was nice and the hotel was centrally located. If you stay here make sure you get a room on an upper floor overlooking the pool.

The hotel is located at a very close proximity to the famous Butter ball tourist spot, the beach and a 10 minutes ride in an auto to the Panch Rathas. The rooms are clean, good sized and the front desk staff, housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast spread is quite good, spend a relaxing time eating it.

Budget place- 4.2k for a family of 3. The ac was working but the intercom wasnt. The sheets were lindted and hence a bit rough but linen was clean for sure. The washroom too was old but well maintained. The reception staff is not very welcoming or smiling or even courteous but they will listen to u if you insist for anything. The extra bed was good stable with a okish mattress but the blanket for the extra bedding was really torn and bad and had to request the staff to change but he didnt hear it and was pestering for tip. Finally we went to the reception to request for the blanket and they did it in first go. The serving staff in the morning breakfast was better and also Jason was quite good. All in all 4 star for budget stay. The best part is that their corner rooms are quite quite spacious.

A welcome relief after spending a night on a night train. Pool and outside area was lovely although they could do with a few more sun loungers and umbrellas. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and service was good. Very centrally based and a calm oasis within the town.

Decent hotel to stay. Good helping staff. One can walk to all key places in Mahabalipuram from this hotel. We suggested them to have variations in breakfast menu. In Room mattresses need to be upgraded/renewed. Restaurant was good. Food quality good.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at Hotel Mamalla Heritage in March, 2023. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff provided attentive and thoughtful service with a smile. Our room was comfortable with comfortable linens and plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was tasty. This hotel has a prime location within a couple blocks of the top attractions and restaurants in Mahabalipuram. It was a great value given these good aspects match what we have seen at other hotels twice the price in India.

Enjoyed very much staying at Mamalla Heritage for 10 days. The staff is absolutely wonderful helpful, friendly even funny- all the way around, and every single employee made me feel welcome and at home. The restaurant is very nice, and I enjoyed the room service and dining in the terrace by my room. The pool is excellent and well maintained. My room nice although not gigantic, but the bed was excellent (best in my India experience) as was the housekeeping and a/c. Only minor downsides was not being able to see out the window, not having a desk with a chair, and not enough options of hanging my clothes. Lots of hooks for hanging would be great. (Bought some ***** with extra hangers so not a real problem) Breakfast is wonderful All in all I would never consider staying anywhere else in mamallapuram ever. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is not the hotel for family, I have very bad experience. 1.they gave me dirty water to drink where dust particles can be seen. 2. No COVID protocol and none of the staff wear the mask. 3. Bachelor's people come here and they do lot of hangama after drinking (please Don't visit with kids Nd with a female here)...their smoke enter your room as rooms are very close to each other.. there is no space between the rooms. 4.rooms are very small with very slow room service,you need to wait atleat 30 mins for any request. 5. Very costly 6.thry also do discrimination between the guest (it matters from which state you are visiting here )
