This self-service apar**ent hotel is on a beautiful street in the city centre. Minutes walk to a metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a one bedroom apar**ent. The kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Laundry power provided. Washing works well but drying functions are confusing, we couldn't use it for drying. Had a drying rack in the room so no problem. Bedroom can be very dark and quiet which is great for sleeping. Noise is mainly from other guests. Beds were two king single beds pushed together, which is not ideal for us. Things that could use some improvement: More coat hangers needed. There were only 5. Water pressure is fantastic, but it's more than needed, by reducing it a little perhaps you can lower your water bill. Aircon has an added device above the bedroom door, this device makes constant noise, we had to turn the aircon off by the wall switch in order to turn the added device off for a quiet sleep. Clean or repaint walls that are marked by people's suitcases. Overall I do recommend if you need a kitchen, a washing machine and want to stay in a beautiful area in central Madrid.

Great location. Wonderful restaurants right out the main door. Be aware that emails from the property go to junk mail. We almost missed the check-in passport requirements. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the AC units on both floors.

Great spacious apar**ent, good location although can be a little noisy. Just some small changes would be good, hooks on the back of the bathroom doors, the bedroom down stairs has a small window with no blind so the light comes through early . A folder with some information about the town and local restaurants

This is a really to avoid place, and I wonder why these places are still here. This "hotel" is often booked by "proffessional" women who date man in the night for money. So be ready to surprises over night, a lot of screams, fights in the stairs. I should have reported this case to the police, but the property refused to pay me back my money, unbelievable...

The idea of slow pace that was on the living room wall was meaningful. The apar**ent and amenities were perfect for us.

Great comfortable apar**ent for 6 people. Modern, well equipped, comfortable beds, and very clean. Self check in was ok, I always prefer someone at reception but had good interaction by phone or email with staff so no difficulties at all. Location is residential and has lots of choices for food, shopping and transportation. Next to my favourite Madrid area Malasaña.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit for just under 3 weeks. It was really great. I read lots of reviews about troubles checking in and getting access to the building and units, but we had no problems at all. It was actually really easy. We got an email with clear instructions, and it all worked well. The location is ideal- walkable to everything. We stayed here with our 5 children and it was great to be able to walk everywhere with them. The Wifi in the unit worked perfect- even with devices for all the kids. The windows were great at keeping noise out. It was actually quite quiet with the windows closed. The clothes washer was so useful. The dryer fuction on the washer doesn't actually dry clothes- but there is a dryer rack in the unit that we used. There was always plenty of hot water from the water heater. I'm a huge fan of really hot showers, and this was ideal. There were so many great things! If I had to pick something to improve, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it just looks lived in, not bad. Also, the unit has shampoo and soap but the pump dispensers dont really work. This wasnt a problem, because we had our own supplies. Lastly, we didnt find out that there was a lift until the second or third day and we were on the 5th floor! That was a relief with groceries and the baby stroller! I guess it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Its not hidden, but not obvious unless you go past the stairs.

The facilities are fine. It was gone 3pm on the day and still hadn’t got entry details. I wasted over 2 hours phoning and emailing and using ******* chat trying to get in. This put a downer on the whole experience.
