Zentrumsnahes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal - hilft beim Gepäck, da das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt. Zimmer klimatisiert, sauber, hübsch und zweckmäßig. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war wunderbar, entspannte Stimmung, netter Service.Frühstück mit Frühstückskarte.

371.-Eur/ Nacht im Doppelzimmer. Das Frühstück inkl. Frühstück basic, sehr enttäuschend, kein Büffet, nur das Notwendigste….bei dem Preis…..schade. Kein Aufzug. Lärm in der Nacht im Obergeschoss….. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Personal freundlich. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr buchen. Der Preis zu hoch , da gibt es schönere Hotels zu dem Preis, für eine Nacht.

Ich war schön öfter im Hotel Alex. Die Lage gefällt mir! Parken kann man im nahegelegenen Qpark, ein paar Meter entfernt vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern renoviert, Frühstück ist gut, der Umgang unkompliziert. Personal nett und hilfsbereit! Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, eines Parkplatzes und direkt im Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. das Badezimmer mit sehr geräumiger Dusche. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Es ist nämlich gut ausgeschildert, das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug.

Empfang war in Ordnung, Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber für 220 € im Deluxe-Zimmer haben wir zumindest einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. Frühstück etwas einfallslos - wir waren 3 Tage da und bekamen 3 Tage das gleiche (keine Auswahl)..... ein Brötchen mit geschmacklosem Käse und Schinken und ein Spiegelei auf Toast und etwas Hüttenkäse mit Früchten für diese Preisklasse besser sein. Ansonsten freundliches Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, perfekte Lage und gemütliche Bar......

Das Hotel liegt 100 m vom Bahnhof und 200 m von einem leicht zugänglichen Parkplatz entfernt. Wenn man das Lokal betritt, fragt man sich vielleicht, ob die Wahl richtig war... Doch sobald die Verwaltungsformalitäten erledigt sind, empfängt uns das komplett renovierte Zimmer herzlich. Die Rezeptionsbar ist freundlich und das Essen im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, was ein großer Vorteil ist, wenn man den ganzen Tag herumläuft und nicht ausgehen möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, effizient und aufmerksam. Gut gemacht ! Das Hotel liegt etwas mehr als 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und seinen Geschäften entfernt. Bei diesem Spaziergang können Sie die Überquerung der Maas (zu Fuß) und die schönen Geschäfte entlang des Weges genießen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch an das gesamte Team und bis bald!

This boutique hotel met our expectations. Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. it was extremely hot weather when we were there, but luckily they have excellent central air conditioning. Small bar/restaurant on ground level and outside seating. We enjoyed a couple of good meals. Also, they were helpful to accommodate a group of about 25 of my colleagues for happy hour drinks/appetizers. There are stairs to get to rooms, but they offered to carry our suitcases.

The Alex exceeded our expectations. The staff are super friendly and helpful. After day 1 they recognized us and carried on conversations with us. The meals were delicious- we had breakfast and dinner in the cafe. While their cafe is small (very pleasant outdoor seating too though ), they were able to accommodate about 25 of my work colleagues on short notice for drinks/hors d'oeuvres. The room was clean and great bed/bath; cleaned daily; espresso machine/tea in room. There was a heat wave while we were there but luckily the room had excellent and quiet air conditioning. Only 2 blocks from train station but very quiet. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here with my wife on a stop over to see Maastricht. Good location, next to the Station and just a short walk over the bridge into the centre. Hotel Staff are very friendly, Rooms are Clean, Modern and Beds are Very Comfy Breakfast was superb Would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment... just a delightful place to stay. It was quiet, warm, and just lovely. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was delicious. Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. A great stay. Thank you!

My husband and I spent three nights at Alex Maastricht and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very cordial and helpful, the room was clean and reasonably roomy, the bathroom was large and newly remodeled. Breakfasts and the one dinner we ate in the restaurant were tasty and plentiful. The location, which is about one block from the train station, was perfect for sightseeing and using the local public transportation.

A very comfortable room in a traditional hotel with a well fitted bathroom and spacious main room, with great views from the large balcony. A nice breakfast in the lovely restaurant. The bar area was very nice with a wide range of local beers.

Staff very polite. Room very clean and location excellent. Bed very comfortable and linen vert crisp and clean. Great to have a small coffee machine in room. Breakfast very goid, even though we are not big breakfast eaters. No outside parking but we used Q park as recommended by hotel and got a discount ( per booked before arrival). Definitely recommended by us.

There is no lift only steep stairs.booked a table for evening but no-one said it was a fixed menu although the normal menu was on the table.waiter was surly and did not think the customer could be right.food was not brilliant. There was confusion over room payments and ended up on wrong card. Not worth the money.

It’s Sunday afternoon, late lunch time, there are just a handful of customers (whilst many other restaurants nearby are full): I first asked the waitress at the bar if food is being served - and got a first mouthful of her grumpy reply. I sat down, looked at the menue and opted for the salmon (happened to be most expensive dish on their menu), and waited and waited and waited ( I was not in a hurry, by the way). Finally, to make it easier for her, I went to the bar to place my order (to make it easier for her), and got a 2nd rude mouthful from her (‘i will come to your table etc’). When she eventually turned up, she downright rudely told me ‘the salmon is for dinner, now it is lunch time’ and walked away. And so did I This lady should be fired - she has zero aptitude for gastronomy. Not even a shred of politeness - just pure aggressive rudeness
