If i could, i would give Las Ventanas 10 stars. This hotel is incredible and the service is top notch. We travelled here to get engaged (complete surprise to my fiancé). The staff at last ventanas helped plan everything ahead of time, and didnt even give a hint that something special was coming. A special shoutout to the romance director Paola Martinez, reservations director Fernando Roland and our suite butler Fernando. Each of them along with their teams found a way to make this stay unforgettably romantic and meaningful. Throughout our stay, we were surprised with thoughtful gifts in our room or at dinner. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing. Every single dish we had was a home run. They have several restaurants with the most impressive being Sea Grill in terms of taste. All boast beautiful views. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge diversity of options. Another beautiful touch are the tree art installations peppered throughout the property. You have to see them in person to appreciate their beauty, but some pictures are included in this review. Last but not least, our room was beautiful. We had a king ocean view junior suite with terrace. Absolutely incredible!! The views of La Plaza and the ocean were breathtaking. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and provided great sleep. The air conditioning and fans were on-point. The bathrooms were beautiful with a great soaking tub that fits 2 people comfortably. Every day you are also provided complimentary treats from the bakery at the end of your bed. We have both travelled a lot in our lives, and we can both say that Las Ventanas al Paraiso is at the very top of our experiences. We cannot wait to return!

BEFÜHRT NICHT EINEN FAMILIEN. Lesen Sie auch das Ende für das erste, was ich geklaut habe!!! Wir buchen dieses Resort nur auf der Grundlage, dass es als „Familie Resort“ angezeigt wird. Die erste Nacht, die wir dort waren, waren die Wände in unserem Hotelzimmer so laut von ihrer „Party-Nacht“ zu schütteln und schütteln. Wir riefen den Front Desk und baten, als so nah an den Partypool zu bleiben, dass es nicht für uns war. Wir wurden gesagt: „Gut, dass Sie ein upgraded Zimmer haben, so dass Sie eine Vereinbarung zu dem gleichen Preis in ein unteres Zimmer verlagern müssen!“ Ich sagte ihnen, wir würden es am Morgen behandeln. Wir sahen in den Weg und sahen, dass ihre „Partys“ nur in 3 Nächten waren wir da und dass wir es mit aufbauen würden, um ein größeres Zimmer für eine Familie von 4. So lasst uns über Zimmer und Essen reden: Unser Zimmer: Es war ok. Weil ich ein “aufgerüstetes” Zimmer war, schlug ich. Es gab Haare auf dem Badewanne und WC. Ich habe es ohne Beschwerden gereinigt. Die Betten waren schrecklich. Sehr schrecklich. Wir hatten 2 Königinnen zusammen gedrückt. Aber nicht ganz. Sie hatten eine 3 Zoll Lücke, die nichts daran schließen würde, wenn Sie die Betten getrennt ziehen oder sie harter machen. Die A/C funktionierte gut. Das Zimmer war cool. Die Hausaufbewahrung kam täglich. 3 der Tage, die wir nicht benötigten, aber sie waren froh, wenn wir um ein zusätzliches Handtuch oder 2. Unser Gebäude war laut. LOUD. Wir waren im Gebäude 8. Das wir uns erzählten, war ein Familiengebäude. Ja, es war nahe dem Kinderpool, aber was sie nicht sagen, ist das Partypool war auf der anderen Seite, so hören Sie Bass und Menschen für Stunden und Stunden. Das Essen. Meh. Mit der Nacht 5 (von 7) essen wir vom Resort. Ihr Restaurant war alles Buffet, aber als verschiedene Sitzplatze angekündigt. Sie hatten ein Restaurant für Sitzmenü, aber sie sagen keine Reservierungen. Aber als wir im Linie warten, sahen wir Menschen vor uns eine Reservierung buchen. Es war so verwirrend!!! Noch einmal. Das Essen war Lebensmittel. Nicht groß. Nicht schrecklich. Es gab ein paar Mal am Hauptbuffet gab es Mots und Fliegen auf Lebensmitteln gefangen. Gesamt. Meine persönliche Meinung (mit einer Familie von 4, Kinder unter 12) nein!!! nie wieder. Das Resort ist zu groß für Kinder, um zu gehen. Layout ist schlecht. Essen ist meh. Betten sind schrecklich. Pools sind schmutzig. Reno ist definitiv nötig. Tag 3 entdeckt, dass sie für einen Reno schuldig sind. Wir haben erkannt, dass das zu dem Mangel an Pflege hinzufügen würde. NUMMER EIN DING WIRD DIE HAUTEN DIE HAUSST: die Tassen!!!!! yuk yuk yuk!!!!!! Sie haben ‘Stifte’ an die Seiten der Mülleimerbecken gebunden, damit die Menschen ihre Kunststoffkuppen in. Dann sammeln sie, “reinigen” sie und verwenden sie wieder. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn sie sie wirklich richtig reinigten. Es gab mehr als mehrere Male am Tag, dass wir eine Tasse erhalten, die entweder Lippenstift auf sie hatte, Rimmer Salz auf sie, sogar ein Paar mit trockenem Frucht im Boden. Es war so grob. Wenn sie nicht sauber genug sind, um Salz aus dem Rimm zu bekommen, dann werden sie nicht sauber genug, um ausspülen. YUK PUKE.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at The Cape for our honeymoon. The views were stunning, the drinks were excellent, and the food was phenomenal. I’ve never felt so refreshed after a trip or so delighted by the wonderful people we met. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast every day, and the variety was fantastic. The pool was a blast, with great food, drinks, and a fun DJ. We had two amazing meals at The Ledge, and were especially impressed by the staff’s knowledge, particularly Jesus and Margarita. Special thanks to Joanna and Michelle at the front desk, who were so helpful in assisting us with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience! Would you like to adjust anything in that?

We have stayed at other Ritz Carltons, but this was our first at a Reserve. The resort is immaculately landscaped with beautiful flowers and gardens. The room was spotless and well maintained. We had a large tastefully decorated bedroom with floor to ceiling views of the water (upper level suite) a large closet and dressing area, and huge bathroom with shower, tub, two sinks and another separate extremely large vanity. The room had a minibar with plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea and a small fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase. Our room also came with a private plunge pool and large patio with lots of spacious loungers and table and chairs. (There were some small shades for the loungers, but we would have actually preferred more shade due to the intense sun.) The outside area was private due to well placed walls etc. It actually felt like you were staying in your own private condo overlooking the ocean. The resort has a fitness center with lap pool, family pools and an adults only pool and beach access with attentive staff. The beach was closed for walking while we were there due to a recent storm that passed through a few days before our arrival, and never reopened during our stay. The resort itself showed no evidence of a storm however, with not even a branch or flower out of place. The resort has a beachfront seafood restaurant (closed during our visit), a nice grill restaurant, a lovely open air family style casual restaurant, a coffee bar with desserts, muffins, scones etc, and a beautiful cocktail bar. We ordered room service and the food was delivered promptly by the most delightful staff, and our orders were always perfect, no matter our special requests (not the norm when dining in the states). We visited the spa for a couples massage which was wonderful. We also had an hour in the private spa pool before the massages, and an hour in a private hot tub after the massages. We also scheduled the Savasana Experience (sound room treatment) at the spa, and found it not relaxing for us in the way it was designed (just our opinions). I have seen reviews mentioning that the resort was hilly, but we didn't notice this at all. We normally visit Mexico in the winter, and did find the September temps a little high for us, but did feel lucky that we had sunny days during our entire visit. We have stayed at Los Cabos before and did prefer the quiet more relaxed nature of San Jose del Cabo and Zadun. We never heard other people or noise from any other resorts. The biggest thing that we noticed about this resort however, was how we were treated by staff. We have stayed at many wonderful resorts, but noticed that the Zadun staff really could not have been better. From the drivers, housekeepers, room service and spa staff, restaurant staff and every single staff we ran into during our stay, they were just the friendliest and most helpful and attentive.
