The hotel is beautiful and feels like there's a lot of history to it. The room was clean and we both loved the charm, and the location, close to both the pier for the ferries and the beach. We both loved the hotel, but I must highlight your concierge Rodolfo. When we were checking out my wife had left her purse with our passports in the bathroom of the reception level. My wife and I had to catch a ferry to La Palma in 30 minutes when she realized where it was. By then we were at the pier. She called the front desk while I ran back to the hotel and Rodolfo picked up. My wife was of course nervous because of everything in her purse aside from our passports. Rodolfo kept her calm and on the line, and immediately got my wife's purse and put it in the locked box in the reception. He had also been keeping an eye on the lobby so he knew that no one else had used that bathroom since my wife had used it. He also helped to calm her down. When I arrived running back he immediately gave me her purse and reassured us that everything was ok. Indeed it was and I was able to run back and catch the ferry on time. The staff at this hotel is amazing and definitely its best asset, and Rodolfo is at the top. Gracias Rodolfo! Hasta la proxima!

An honest review of the hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 11am and told we couldn't check in until 3 o clock this was quite frustrating as we had one very tired 3 year old who had been up all night all we wanted to do was check in not wait around for hours. When we got to the room (eventually) we found it to be basic and clean Which is all we wanted however the beds were horrendous and only one pillow each. There wasn't any Aircon and no fans available. Cleaners did come every day without fail. Also plug sockets were very limited so would advise to take an extension lead. Through no fault of the hotel someone around us was smoking **** on the balcony and stinking out are room every night. Some people have no respect for others!! The pool was clean but considering the size of the hotel it wasn't a very big pool. There were groups of young people playing water polo in the pool which really wasn't enough room but still it was allowed so you were left sticking to the sides and unable to swim around. people reserved sun loungers with there towels and then would disappear which I find very frustrating. Also only one pool bar which is fine by day but at night it became extremely busy and your left to queue for ages. I heard alot of people complaining about the food but however we found it very nice always something to find to eat even for the fussy eaters but it did become a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant worked extremely hard to keep it stocked and clean. Overall we were happy with the food. The entertainment team were wonderful with the kids especially Cesar going above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy and having fun but entertainment for kids was half hour - 3/4 hour at night and that was it no disco or anything for them after they had a few games normally a singer would come on which was no fun for the kids but I guess adults need entertainment too. Just found that there could of been more than just a few games for half an hour for them. Location of the hotel was great but it was quite hilly I'm so glad I took my pram. Las Americas only a short taxi ride away or half hour walk so we did that a couple of times during our stay. Overall we didn't have a bad stay with the hotel it was pleasant enough but not one I would return too

Wir lesen einige schlechte Bewertungen vor dem Ankunftsdatum zum Resort und waren nervös über das, was wir gelesen hatten. Aber wir blieben hier 10 Nächte und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Hotellage war perfekt! Es gab auch viele Restaurants/Pubs und Strandaktivitäten, und wir waren alle in der Mehrheit der Zeit zu essen und zu trinken im Hotel. Die Lebensmittel waren gut, obwohl nicht hunderte von Optionen, die Optionen waren immer von guter Qualität. Bar und Küchenpersonal waren immer super hilfreich und für einen Lachen, wir waren traurig, sie hinter uns zu lassen, wenn wir nach Hause gehen!! Der Pool war sauber und der Lebensschutz war super freundlich und ging immer oben und darüber hinaus für uns. Er sprach kleine englische Bus noch irgendwie machte uns täglich lachen. Das Unterhaltungsteam bietet viele Aktivitäten während des Tages (Darts, Pool, Bowles, Basketball, um einige zu nennen) die wir immer gründlich genossen haben. Die Nachtzeitunterhaltung war immer von guter Qualität, obwohl meine einzige negative war die Abendunterhaltung nur für etwa eine Stunde jede Nacht so war für 10/10:30 jede Nacht fertig. Es gab ein Unterhaltungsteammitglied namens Aada, der wir persönlich fühlten ging, dass wee etwas über und über das, was gefordert wurde. Sie versuchte immer, alle und sogar die ein wenig schüchterner einzubeziehen, indem sie das tun, was sie versuchen könnte, sie einzubeziehen. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt gemacht!! Was die negativen betrifft, war meine einzige Grippe, dass der Reiniger nur 2x unsere ganze 10-Nacht-Unterkunft in unserem Zimmer gekommen war und die Zimmer nicht mit einem Haartrockner oder Air Con-Einheit. Wir konnten einen Friseur und Fan von der Rezeption mieten, aber der Fan tut nicht viel, es sei denn, ich saß direkt neben ihm (die ich bei der Vorbereitung die meisten Nächte machen musste). Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr positiven Aufenthalt und das Personal hat definitiv für uns die Reise gemacht. Wir würden sicherlich überlegen, dass wir wieder in Atlantida Bungalows gehen !

Jeg havde brækket anklen og gik på krykker. Vi blev opgraderet til et mere ‘handicap’ venligt værelse og fik hjælp til leje af kørestol med den største imødekommenhed. Der var dejlig plads på hotellet - altid en ledig solseng, altid plads i poolen og altid nok mad ved morgenmads buffeten. Stemningen blandt gæsterne var dejlig afslappet og rolig. Og både hotel og byen meget handicap venligt.

Fantastic apartments, everything you could need, lots of English television channels. If you do want to watch TV, there was some work going on along all the corridors which to some could be unsightly, but it did not bother us. The apartment was immaculate, only downside for us were the beds, we found extremely uncomfortable, but that is just our opinion based on our comfort. The pool bar is an absolute diamond, Alan, and all the staff were so welcoming, the food was delicious, as were the drinks, nothing too much trouble for them. I like the idea of €2 for the sunbeds as no matter what time you went to the pool area, you always go to bed, and I did not feel guilty purchasing my bed, putting my towel on and going off for something to eat, fantastic location, 10 minute walk along the prom to the main area with bars and restaurants along the way, just overall a fantastic holiday and will definitely return

Das Hotel Andrea ist auf dem besten 2 * Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe, sauber, unerwartet Komfort und hervorragender Service. Die Lage ist perfekt, entfernt vom schnellen Burly aber nahe genug, um zu den Stränden und dem Hafen zu gehen. Einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Schlafzimmer hatte ein komfortables Bett, angemessene Lagerung, Klimaanlage, das funktioniert gut; auch ein ruhiger, effizienter Deckfans. Das Badezimmer ist gut. Es gibt eine Kehle, Tee und Kaffee; TV, Safe, Haartrockner, viele Duvets usw. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Tisch und 3 Stühlen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Größe Lounge mit einem Verkaufsautomaten Verkauf, Schokoladen, Soda, etc. Rezeption ist 24 Stunden am Tag bemannt, gut Englisch gesprochen. . Der Aufzug funktioniert gut. Sie haben einen sicheren Verschluss, um Fälle zu verlassen usw. Sie machen nicht Frühstück, aber es gibt eine Reihe von Cafés relativ dicht; auch ein Supermarkt unter dem Hotel. Wir zahlen rund 60 Euro pro Nacht und blieben dort zweimal. Sehr empfehlenswert.
