It was horrible since the moment we arrived, I booked this place for two kids two adults and when we got there they only had two adults but my confirmation clearly confirmed two kids two adults. The food was basic nothing fancy, the food courts were not very cleaned. The tables were always dirty not to mention the floors. They only leave two bottle of waters per room when we were 4 of us how is 2 bottles of water enough? Everything was just not really what they make it seem to be, not enough chairs to relax by the pools or beaches not only that but I know they mixed the alcohol with water and that’s why they “serve you unlimited drinks” had 4 cocktails with “tequila” and nothing tasted like literally more water than alcohol plus my stomach hurt because they put water inside the bottles of alcohol…. Another thing you have so sign up to eat…. TO EAT when it’s a buffet for the most part why do you have to sign up to eat ? For every meal. Definitely not ever going again and I definitely don’t recommend staying here there’s better places to stay in El Salvador better resorts!

What an incredible place. The food was delicious, the staff is often cleaning. Fully staffed resort. So many activities, no need to leave.

the stuff personnel was not helpful at all starting from the check in then the dinning check in was so unorganized and did not help at all telling us what were our options if there were any over all I am still waiting for a refund of 2 people that did not come to our trip with us .

Check in is a hustle, showers dont have a full door and makes a mess when taking a shower and they dont allow you to eat at the restaurants unless you argue with them. They only want you to eat at the buffet since its way cheaper for the hotel. Out of 3 nights I was only able to dinne at one of the restaurants and only because i demanded it.

The check in ******! Had to wait 30 mins to get check in and then had to wait one hour and a half to get our keys to the room. We got our room close to 5pm! Check in is very old schooled, need improvements. Staff is not knowledgeable about resort. No elevators! I traveled from Boston MA and had to bring four suitcases up the stairs! My dad is older and had so much pain going up and down the stairs. The food is good. Besides that the bars were nice, the club was entertaining, the pools are fun as well. Property definitely needs some improvements, especially because there are no elevators. Staff needs proper training on knowledge of resort.

I loved this place the only reason I didn’t give a five star review is there is no shower curtains,(bathroom gets slippery after shower), and their food could be better.

Checking in process, very slow, sent to different stations just to check in, unacceptable and not convenient, horribly food no flavor, alcohol cocktails tasted as if it was refreshments served. Horrible, coffee as if it was hot water no taste.
