Hotel is beautiful, staff was amazing! Loved pool bar area was so much fun. Our only complaint was the food we thought could be improved upon in the restaurants We only ate at the buffet for breakfast which was good but not big buffet people otherwise. The individual restaurants were just ok. We couldn’t cut the steaks. Other things were good but add a few more choices. It was so much fun!

I loved the location of the resort. The staff are friendly and welcoming! The craftsmanship of the tiles throughout the resort was beautiful! The food was excellent! So many choices from Mexican to American, French etc. We really enjoyed our time here at the Palace.

It took us two hours to get to the hotel from the airport. We waited for the transport for more than 30 minutes at the airport and another hour in the bus to reach the hotel. Then on our flight back, the bus didn’t drop us to our terminal so we had to walk with our luggage from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 under the hot sun coz it’s noon time.

The food at the restaurants was all very small portion structure in poor condition tile falling of sides of pool. Would like to try the other RIU in the area.

We enjoyed staying on the RIU property for the entirety of our 4 night stay. The resort is huge and has tons to offer, from quiet relaxing spots by the pool to loud party areas. There was plenty to do on-property, and enough food such that we didn’t even get to try all the restaurants! We would gladly stay here again.

First time in Cabo. Loved the resort, the food was great with lots of options. Wait staff in restaurants were awesome. Only downside was slow, almost non existent service around the pools. We ended up getting our
own drinks most days. Will definitely be back.

We celebrated our 38th Wedding Anniversary at the Riu Palace. This was perhaps the very best vacation we ever had since our honeymoon in Avon, Colorado. The front desk, maids/housekeepers, kitchen & waiter staff, & Management Personell were exceptional. I highly recommend the Riu Palace to anyone who wishes to have one of the very best vacation experience of your life.
