The place is not what you see on the website. Lacks good customer service. The place is not clean. The kitchen was not clean and the dishwasher looked like someone threw up inside. they didn’t clean well before the next client, but they charged before you got into the apartment and ask more money than you expected. You have to go somewhere far away from the location more than 30 to 45 minutes to get the key then you have to come back to the location. This is the worst I have ever seen. The location was noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at night starting from 12 am to 4 am. The bathroom was not working well and when I tried to contact the property they asked me to fix the sink. They did not even reach out to me or fix the issues after I complained. I do not recommend this place.

Property is not clean enough, had problems with heating and fixed next day. They tried to charge us extra £50 coz sent someone to fix the heating unless complained their poor response as the night shift agent wouldn't listen when rang him and hanged up before I finished talking. Sofa bed was terrible and couldn't use it as a bed.

The apartment was great! Everything was exactly as advertised.

Double beds with single bed duvet. Terrible pillows, flat lumpy and not clean. Not enough place settings to eat for advertised capacity of appartment. Fold out beds terribly uncomfortable. Hot water takes 5min to come through and lasts about 30seconds. When you pick up keys from half way across town you find out it is a different location to what you booked.

ESTAFADORES Se han quedado con nuestro dinero, cancelamos la reserva por una enfermedad grave, nos prometieron devolvernos en dinero, y ni contestan al correo, ni cogen el telefono. Llevamos reclamando nuestros 2.200 € mas de 15 dias No reserveis.

Teniamos una reserva del 01 al 5 de enero que tuvimos que cancelar por una enferdad grave, nos dijeron que cancelaramos la reserva y si los podian volver a vender nos reembolsarian el dinero. Los apartamentos los vendieron y se han quedado con nuestro dinero y con el dinero de los nuevos huespedes. 2.200€ Ahora ya ni nos cogen el telefono para darnos explicaciones. Son unos estafafores
