Nicht das, was man auf dem Buch sieht, und schon gar nicht 4 Sterne. Unangenehme Hygiene im Zimmer, Flecken an Wänden, Bettwäsche und Boden. Hygieneartikel der letzten Person im Zimmer, Mülleimer und Haare auf dem Kissen. Die Geräte waren nicht einmal annähernd sauber. Dieses Hotel braucht eine gründliche Reinigung. Das schlechteste, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Würde weniger vergeben, kann es aber nicht.

Aber es hat kein Fenster und natürlich auch keine Aussicht. Es ist nicht das, was auf dem Bild Ihrer Website zu sehen ist. Dies entspricht nicht meiner Buchungsanfrage.

Leider war meine Erfahrung in diesem Londoner Hotel äußerst enttäuschend. Die Lage war ungünstig und erforderte einen langen Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station, obwohl sich direkt vor der Bushaltestelle eine Bushaltestelle befand. Die Sauberkeit und der Service des Zimmers waren unter dem Standard; Es hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und die Handtücher waren unsauber. Obwohl ich keinen Reinigungsservice angefordert hatte, wurde mein Zimmer trotzdem täglich betreten. Wer einen Aufenthalt in der Gegend von Battersea in Betracht zieht, dem würde ich raten, etwas mehr zu investieren, um ein besseres Unterkunftserlebnis zu haben.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great to see. Check-in took under 5 minutes which is great. Room was as advertised and decent sized. The cleanliness was poor, as the floors were covered in hairs and dust all over, the table had dry food stuck to it. The shower head kept falling during use and needs to be fixed. All these issues were inconvenient but not serious for me compared to the awful smell of smoke in the corridor. Someone on the 3rd floor was chain-smoking tobacco or similar fumes and the air was unbearably toxic in the shared corridor. This is really poor as it's obviously illegal to smoke indoors in the UK and there is clear signage everywhere. This is also a fire hazard, given the number of flammable interiors in the hotel. I wish the staff had taken this issue more seriously as I reported it around 12am and no one called me or checked in later to say they'd spoken to the other guests.

This hotel is more like a 3-star hotel. However this place is one of the most reasonable price hotel to stay in London.

I booked a room, arrived at the hotel I stayed 15 minutes at the reception waiting for someone, staff came, I checked in, I arrived at the room floor ( -1) completely different from what I had marked, dirty walls, pen marks, spoiled, a lot of dust (I'm allergic) 5 minutes inside the room I started to feel short of breath, I went to the reception again, I talked to the staff sent me to another room, this time! The right room, but it informed me that the room had two single beds but they would join them and make a king bed, okay! I understand this because I'm HSK manager, I arrived at the room on the 4th floor, two single beds, there was nothing putting together, or no topper to make the king bed, I called the reception again 3 times, the 4th time he answered me and said he would give me the things and I would do it for myself .... In short, he went to the room, threw an old sheet on the floor and I slept on the floor with my girlfriend ...... I'm waiting for a return from the Manager because I want a refund, for the lack of professionalism, ethics, and for the problems I had ..... This happened yesterday 20/02 to 21/02 room 408 I did my check in around 8:30 PM

As others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged! We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside). The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink. The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors! As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs. Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.

It was a calm and lovely experience

It was pretty ok. Good from the price pov. Nothing that great, nothing too bad either, one could be super nitpicky and find faults but for the money i paid for in london? it was worth it.

Checked in with Sam, was very helpful and got us sorted quickly. Room was clean and for the price we were happy with what we got.

The staff were very nice and helpful. There is parking on premise, which is really useful, and it's relatively affordable: 20 pounds until checkout. The only issue for us was not being able to adjust the AC, so we slept in 27C weather. The hotel is well located, with a bus station right in front and plenty of restaurants at walking distance.
