Jesmond Hotel

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Extremely handy for transport easy to get around on foot. , and felt very safe .The hotel itself is very clean rooms are comfortable.breakfast is great. The icing on the cake are the fantastic people who work there.

The Jesmond Hotel provided a great base for our time in London. The hot and cold breakfast choices were simple, but enjoyable; the staff are very attentive. For 2 adults and 3 teens, the quint room was more spacious than expected. Easy walk to transport and shops.

Great Hotel !!! Vince and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing host !!! Perfect location for sightseeing. 4 single beds in same room and lovely full English breakfast. Allowed us to store bags for the day. Will definitely be back x

Clean, good accommodation but small. And was room only but shower / toilet room just across from room door. High rating for availability & price for last minute booking and great customer service from the staff there that evening on arrival, and staff for breakfast in morning.

Great stay. Stayed there for 3 nights and the staff was all professional and so was the cleaning. The breakfast was amazing. One thing I didn't like was the food smell. I was on the 4th floor and my clothes smelled like fried bacon and that's something woke me up every morning. It was good at first but when I was on a business trip, it was a little inconvenient to hide the smell off my clothing.

Be aware of this hotel ,dirty tramp runs this place no teeth ,dirty lier ,rooms the worst u can ever imagine ,dirty rooms ,dirty bedding ,dirty toilets and shower ,smells terrible in the whole of the hotel ,please be aware if you are thinking of booking this hotel ,you will regret it ,I would rather stay outside than sleep in this hotel ,you won't get a refund if u try to cancel manager is such a lier and won't help you ,he just says he only manages the hotel

Stayed in a solo room with a big double bed up on the first floor (one flight up for you Americans). Bathroom was nice, roomy for a single room, although the shower doors might not open wide enough for the more portly customer. Seemed modern to me. The room had a nice tall ceiling and big windows There was the outer window which opens up and down and a slider window on the inside. There's also a radiator one can regulate and a TV. The floors have a little creak, but I rarely heard the neighbors except when they were directly outside my room. Breakfast was the usual full English plus brewed coffee, tea, hot chocolate, some juices, cereals, and fruit. The staff is GREAT! Super friendly and helpful. They really were willing to go out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the Goodge Street station and buses on Tottenham Court Road in one direction. It's also not far from Tottenham Court Road station with its multiple lines, making it easy to get in/out from LHR. And to the north, Euston, St Pancras, and Kings Cross are also not far. Great nieghborhood. Close to British Museum, the Wellcome Collection, and Soho. Will defo stay here again if the opportunity arises.
