Super freundliche Rezeptionistin, sehr hilfsbereit und informativ. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Badezimmer. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

I chose this hotel during my visit to London and it was very close to Raynes Park station. Its facilities are great, the bed is soft, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast it served is lovely. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't provide 24 hour heating so it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.

It was a good experience. Clean place but was a bit noisy outside.

특별히 나무랄데 없이 괜찮은 호텔이다. 그러나, 와이파이를 30분만 제공하고 필요하면 돈 GBP3 을 내고 사라고 하니 아무리 적은 돈이라고 하지만 기분이 나쁘다. 차라리 그 돈을 호텔비에 미리 포함시키고 와이파이를 무제한으로 제공하는 그런 전략을 사용하면 회사에도 손님에게도 모두 좋을 것 같다. 와이파이 때문에 기분이 썩 좋지 못한 호텔이라는 생각이다. 다만, 그곳 식당에서 일하는 ANA 라는 여자직원의 음식솜씨가 아주 뛰어나고 친절하기도 하여 칭찬을 하고 싶다.

A quick and easy check in. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The room is exactly what you would expect; clean and made up very well. On top of that, 24/7 pizza is always going to go down well. Truly a 10/10!

Great place for short stay, very warm welcome at the reception, Tracy and Yushup were amazing and kind, very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything that I needed. Rooms were clean, tidy and smelt nice. Reception was very helpful at night Time too helping me to extra coffee, milks and sugar, enjoyed it a lot!

Our stay was fantastic, Came here with my wife due to a business trip and absolutely loved it, The hotel was spotless, especially the room, which was cleaned daily with great attention to detail, fresh linens, sparkling bathroom, and no missed spots. The staff at the bar and cafe was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is new and different from other Travelodges I been to recently, in few words it looks more like a hotel. The rooms have small sofas which were really conformable to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Great customer service by the young Asian lad but I cannot remeber the name.

Whata great stay I had at Raynes Park, the customer service is without question the best thing, they are so friendly, they take care of my pregnant wife gave us a easy access room and offered help with luggage. Naz in the Evening and Tracy in the morning took care of us throughout the stay, we felt at home and safe. The location itself is great, next to the station easy to get around, we didn't try dinner but their breakfast was great too. I will comeback next year for the tennis tournament. I definitely recommend to anyone coming for the games.

Came here with my wife and our stay was lovely. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready with a warm smile and happy to help with any requests. They made us feel comfortable and welcome in a relaxed, thoughtful way. The room was clean and cozy, and freshly stocked with clean towels and rooms smelt good. It was a very good hotel stay, id definitely recommend to others who are trying to rest or stay in a quiet area.

Had a lovely stay, rooms were clean and nice. Yusuf at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed, and even gave great tips for the area. He gave us plenty of milks and coffee when we ran out of it which was very kind of him.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and the customer service was friendly, especially Naz, who kindly provided me with information about the area. It is wonderful to have amenities nearby. I will gladly book again in the future when I have to return to the area.
