Ich habe dieses Hotel für unseren Jubiläumsurlaub gebucht. Normalerweise machen wir das jedes Jahr, also habe ich nicht viel erwartet, aber was dieses Hotel von den anderen Hotels unterscheidet, in denen wir waren, ist die nette Geste, ein paar Süßigkeiten mit Grüßen da zu lassen. Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Rathaus entfernt. Das ist sehr praktisch. Etwa 5 Gehminuten zur Marienkirche

Schönes Hotel neben Hyde Park. Schöne Aussicht. Wunderschönes King-Zimmer. Super bequemes Bett. Das Hotel stellt kein kostenloses Trinkwasser oder Toilettenartikel zur Verfügung.

Ich bin hier, um mich beim Hotel zu beschweren. Ich bin zwei Tage geblieben. Der Fön und das Sofa waren sehr staubig. Außerdem war das Handtuch schmutzig, nachdem das Zimmer nach dem zweiten Tag gereinigt wurde. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nicht empfehlen, es ist schlimmer als ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel!

Beste Lage, tolle Nachbarschaft und tolle Zimmergrößen und Aussichten. Sehr zu empfehlen

We stayed at Pullman Hyde Park in Sydney during Christmas holiday and while the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and dining, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated. The building could definitely use some updates to match the price point. We had an issue with the toilet seat, which was oddly positioned and wasn’t able to pull it up and made it uncomfortable for my husband to use. Not a major deal-breaker, but definitely a bit inconvenient. Another downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The jacuzzi was quite small, much smaller than expected, but on a positive note, the rooftop pool was a highlight. The view of Hyde Park and the surrounding skyline was absolutely stunning—definitely the best part of the stay. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a central location, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of room quality and amenities.

We two girls ask for change of the sheets bc there’s man’s hair, and we called the reception for 3times, wait for all day and they only can say sorry and will get it done soon. And then after change the sheet covers and pillow covers had stain too!!! Awful cleaning!!! Also when the tissues ran out nobody sent it after asking. Super terrible service!!!!🤬🤬🤬 The ventilation in the bathroom cannot work, very slippery after showers! The worst experience and it cost me almost $300 per night, I’d rather feed the money to pigs!😡😡😡

The hotel is located in an excellent location in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The rooms are spacious and clean however a bit dated. Although the room was pre-paid my card was charged for a second time. I pointed this out to the front desk staff and it was quickly resolved although I wonder how often that happens. The entire hotel is in need of a refurb so not sure the rooms are worth the price however it served my purposes and was not a bad experience.

Overall, the location is easily accessible by public transportation. The room is clean, and the bed is soft and comfortable. However, the staff did not replenish the shampoo, soap, or other bathroom amenities.

Pretty nice hotel, large room, large bed, and the view at night was amazing.

This is not my first but will be the last time I stay at Pullman. I spent 4 nights, booked two rooms for 3 people. A lot of things were greatly concerning during my stay. 1) misguiding pictures -the bathroom Does Not look like the picture uploaded -I probably got the old room 2) cleanliness - the pool on level 23 smelled like dogshit the whole time - the sauna had some naked guys inside and I was shocked - the room was not clean overall, some stains on the bedsheet 3) furnitures I only had one sofa in my room and requested for another, but instead got this random dining chair 4) FACILITY&OUT OR ORDER 1. AC broke down and I had to FREEZE OVER NIGHT HAD TO GET A HEATER FROM THE LOBBY, but did not get the AC fixed during the entire 4 nights 2. The bedside table had broken glass and I cut my finger pretty bad, and went bleeding 3. The phone did not work during the entire stay- some concierge personnel came in and tried fixing it, but failed and just left I reported this issue but no one said anything and just took the glass out. No compensations or fixing action taken from the hotel Staying in the hotel was the worst part of my trip this time around, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY. Such a disappointment to Accor group hotels in general. This is definitely not acceptable level of hospitality even from a three star motel. The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location. That is it.

Good location, convenient didn’t realise it’s that close to the **** community the Oxford street, could have been stated Gym available, not up to a 5 star hotel standard, limited free weight, have one barbell but not enough plates Buffet breakfast is good but not worth up to 40 aud per person

Everything else is great.

The room still has dust, and there is no scale. The room is quite dark.
