Wer außerhalb des Zentrums die ruhigere Seite Londons kennenlernen möchte, wird sich in diesem charmanten Hotel aus dem 19. Jahrhundert im südwestlichen Stadtteil Wimbledon wohl fühlen. Sicherlich ist es eher ein Hotel für Privatreisende, aber wer als Geschäftsreisender viele Hotelketten kennt, wird nicht mehr so große Unterschiede feststellen und mag vielleicht einmal eine andere Erfahrung machen. Mir persönlich gefällt der traditionelle englische Einrichtungsstil der Zimmer. Im Bad verbindet sich moderne Apparatur mit historisch anmutenden Elementen der Wand- und Bodenfliesen auf harmonische Weise. Ich habe Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt, was sehr gut war. Auch das Frühstück hat mir gefallen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und fachkundig. Die Rezeptionistin (ich glaube Angela?) hat mich mit einem Upgrade zu einer Junior Suite mit Blick auf den Park überrascht. Ich glaube, besser geht es nicht. Danke nochmals.

특별히 나무랄데 없이 괜찮은 호텔이다. 그러나, 와이파이를 30분만 제공하고 필요하면 돈 GBP3 을 내고 사라고 하니 아무리 적은 돈이라고 하지만 기분이 나쁘다. 차라리 그 돈을 호텔비에 미리 포함시키고 와이파이를 무제한으로 제공하는 그런 전략을 사용하면 회사에도 손님에게도 모두 좋을 것 같다. 와이파이 때문에 기분이 썩 좋지 못한 호텔이라는 생각이다. 다만, 그곳 식당에서 일하는 ANA 라는 여자직원의 음식솜씨가 아주 뛰어나고 친절하기도 하여 칭찬을 하고 싶다.

Mein Partner und ich blieben vor kurzem hier, da es in der Nähe des Theaters war. Wir hatten andere Optionen des Premier Inn näher an der Stelle, aber es war gefallen, dass die Antoinette als Parkplatz verfügbar war. So glücklich, wir die Chance genommen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit nur 6 Gehminuten zum Theater haben wir das zu unserem Vorteil genutzt, indem wir zu den lokalen Restaurants kommen und gehen. Das einzige Iwt-Down war, dass es kein Restaurant im Hotel gab, wie wir es auch gerne erleben und Abendessen dort haben würden, aber das lokale Persische Restaurant war ein erster mit schönem Essen. Wir werden hier sicher immer wieder bleiben, da wir mehr Shows zu sehen haben, um im New Wimbledon Theatre zu sehen.

Großes Hotel, leicht zugänglich und sehr sauber.

This hotel is very convenient for the St. George’s Hospital - it’s literally in the grounds of the hospital. It’s a three star hotel and I would say it’s towards the lower end of the three star spectrum. The staff were very good, and the amenities for a three star were as expected. However, there is a huge problem with the cleanliness of the carpets and upholstery. They are disgusting! They are stained all over the place and it’s makes the atmosphere of the room feel very dirty - you just don’t know what on earth you’re walking in or sitting on. It’s a shame because the general cleanliness of the room is good and as you would expect, so the cleaning staff do a decent job, but the stains on the carpet and chairs/sofas are just so off putting. The management/owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. It is just not acceptable. They need to deep clean the carpets and upholstery as a matter of urgency or replace them immediately. Some of the stains are so awful that I doubt cleaning would remove them, so the carpets and sofas/chairs would probably need to be replaced instead. I would definitely not stay here again because of this problem. Sort it out Management!
