Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht schallisoliert, es war zu laut. Ich konnte das Geräusch der Klimaanlage außerhalb meines Zimmers und anderer Zimmer nicht loswerden, und das Geräusch hielt die ganze Nacht an, und ich hatte keine Möglichkeit, Einspruch einzulegen. Gäste in verschiedenen Zimmern meldeten Zimmerprobleme und ich war an der Reihe, in der Schlange zu stehen. Ich habe ursprünglich aus hygienischen Gründen in einem Hotel übernachtet, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass die Schalldämmung ein Mangel war und mir die Hygiene egal ist. Außerdem ist nach 22:30 Uhr das Rumpeln des Bohrmaschinen-Wartungsraums im Nebenraum zu hören. Kann das Gebäude tagsüber genutzt werden? Wenn Sie eine Nacht hier verbringen, verlassen Sie das Hotel am nächsten Tag um 7 Uhr, also beeilen Sie sich und ziehen Sie sich um! Wenn Sie in Zukunft in einem Hotel übernachten, können Sie sich nicht nur die Bewertungen und guten Bewertungen ansehen. Das Wichtigste ist, dass Sie auch die schlechten Bewertungen lesen.

The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, making it convenient for travel. There are delicious food options nearby. The hotel is very clean. However, the staff are not proficient in English, so it's best to repeat and clarify when booking services. The room has a drawback—the air conditioner is quite noisy.

Well situated in the old town of LB. However, not many services.

One area for improvement could be the soundproofing of the rooms, as the wooden structure sometimes allows noise from neighboring rooms or the outside to filter through. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience. The staff at Ammata Guest House are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to provide recommendations for restaurants, tours, and activities.

Nice little guesthouse and right in front of the monks with friendly staff and also helped with scooter rental

We booked 2 rooms at Ammata guest house but when we arrived no rooms available. They propsed to us another guest house but not from the same category. We accepted of course but were very disappointed because rooms were a little bit old. That's why we have this review not really on Ammata guest house itself.

ok, in old city quarter near most facilities, all value for money

This is a very good hotel, and the breakfast is so yummy. I highly recommend you to come and stay here.

The staff really worked hard to accommodate our requests. Great location, basic but comfortable room.

Wonderful value for the price. It has a very good location, very near the Main Street and Wat Xieng Thong. The guesthouse is homely and comfortable; we liked that it provided hot, warm, and cold water 24/7. The receptionist is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The neighbourhood is serene. Would recommend to others.

Historic buildings with good ambience. Balcony was a nice feature. Service was ok, but had difficulty communicating sometimes. Location is terrific. Would stay there again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The guys at the front desk will always tell you what extra things to do! They have a booklet with all the activities offered around town for your reference to book, and can easily book it through them. They have a nice river view restaurant where their breakfast is served. Anything you want is available and made on the spot. I’m so glad I stayed here and looking forward to coming back already…

Fantastic location. Not really a ‘hotel’ is actually a guesthouse. Breakfast is reasonable and is done with other shared guesthouses in a restaurant by the river. Very value for money.

1. Towels, floor, shower/toilet, bedsheets, pillows are dirty; 2. Staff members cannot understand simple English and have difficulties communicating; 3. American breakfast is good. Dining room is not in the main hotel building but is located about 35metres away. In the event of rain, guests will have problem; and 4. Location is good.
