Es ist ein neues Hotel, ein Ferienhotel mit guten umweltfreundlichen Einrichtungen. In der Nebensaison sind nicht viele Leute da und der Abgaslärm ist sehr laut. Die Suite ist wunderschön und empfehlenswert !

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Jüngste. Für meinen Geschmack aber immer noch ein kleines Hotel. Das All-you-can-eat-Buffet bleibt in Ordnung, sehr Standard, mehr nicht, aber ich finde, dass es im Vergleich zur Auswahl (Frühstück: etwas geschnittenes Obst, Pfannkuchen, Omeletts, Salate, Gebäck) zu teuer ist.
Das Personal war wirklich nett.

Ziemlich cooles Hotel, aber etwas weit von allem entfernt, was man braucht, um transportiert zu werden oder nur Taxis zu nehmen. Aber das Hotel ist innen und außen super cool, der Service ist großartig

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the service staff are cool. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. 3 clean pools, one with hot water inside.

Unfortunately when a hotel has a good team one person can affect it so badly. I highly rate the hotel and its services. But as a business traveller here investing in Tunisia, device at a 5 star hotel should be the front desks top priority.
After asking Aziz in reception regarding room service he explained it was on the tv with the menu and how to order. When I arrived into my room I finished some emails and went to the tv to look at the menu and the screen said that room dining finishes at 11 or 11.30
The hotel is very far out of town 20mins so I had to sleep hungry
I spoke to aziz in the morning, and he said the tv was room didn’t really care about the matter and said it will change
Same situation my next night finished work late came back to my room and call room dining, No one answered, called again a main half asleep didn’t know what the have on the menu, he said someone will call me, someone called after 30mins when I was ready to sleep.
Again I went to sleep hungry
When I spoke to aziz in the morning he was too busy to care again. And once again a professional establishment needs to have staff that have attention to detail when it comes to the care of the guest especially people who are investing in Tunisia like the establishment that hires him.

First i come hotel it was about 4 o’clock afternoon i was thinking i will get my room fast because they say check in is 3 o’clock but they left me waiting into 6 o’clock without any information and later they give me other room not what i book in site i was really so disappointed for my first day after long time trip then tomorrow everything is good, except food on hotel was not too much reach and so much expensive, for this we choose go outside to eat , room is good and clean
