Absolutely amazing staff really lovely to stop there felt at rest and chilled the spa is lovely as well. We have already talked about coming back later to celebrate my birthday. Our favourite place to visit and chill out at the spa. I particularly liked the grounds and wildlife there's hares and red squirrels in the grounds and nice walks to get that lovely fresh Welsh air. highly recommended it's so nice to be treated by staff who put you first we both felt like we were valued and definitely cared for

Positives: Great location and was near to what we wanted to see. The staff are very friendly throughout the hotel and spa. The beauty treatment (back, neck and shoulder massage) was relaxing. The gym is newly refurbished and was great, with a wide selection of cardio and free weights. The pool was attractive and overall the facilities were well kept and clean. Lovely food at dinner. Penguin biscuits in the room and walkers crisps - love it! Areas for improvement: The bed was very creaky. The room was in need of some serious TLC (I can see they are working on this in other parts of the hotel) but wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirt and yellow paintwork was off-putting at times. Could hear every sound from other rooms including one guest who snored the night away... Could have been a wider selection of food at breakfast as this was pretty limiting.

Had an amazing weekend break at this hotel, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing, the spa was excellent, rooms were comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet. We will definitely be back

The staff were very attentive and pleasant. We were thrilled to receive a wedding anniversary card and bottle of prosecco on ice on arrival. The spa facilities were very good and the pool area felt warm and welcoming. A new restaurant is due to open which we hope to use on a future visit. There are lots of activities to occupy guests within the local area. The Dingle in Llangefni for Red Squirrels and South Stack RSPB always worth a visit for choughs and sea birds. The hotel gardens were very pretty in the spring sunshine with bluebells and sculptures. Breakfast was good with a good selection of items on offer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and peaceful with everything you would need. No complaint about dining or breakfast though there is some room for improvement. The Anglesey salt scrub was fantastic. I loved walking round the woods and gardens listening to nature.

This is such a beautiful hotel in a pretty location. I've visited the spa before but this is the first time I've stayed in the hotel. What a treat! The staff were so friendly and attentive, the hotel has many original features inside and around the grounds. We had a great deal including spa day, afternoon tea, overnight stay and breakfast and couldn't fault any of it. It's lovely to see that some areas are being upgraded and refurbished, for example, the gym has been extended with two new rooms of weights equipment. We will definitely come again and recommend it to our friends.

Absolutely beautiful hotel which far exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, generous sized bedroom with small seating area and robes provided. Spa was a delight, large pool, plenty of loungers and you are given separate robes to wear for just the spa. The full size snooker table helped while away some time on a damp afternoon and was in very good condition. Food and drink prices were very reasonable and the full Welsh breakfast was excellent. We definitely hope to return, very good value for money.

Visited here last Thursday for a spa day with my mum....the location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking available. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa itself was a bit grubby....dirty marks in the jacuzzi and cobwebs in the changing rooms. I had an amazing massage and facial off Ffion...she is lovely, professional and very friendly! While having my massage a van/truck was reversing outside which caused quite a loud beeping noise...then there were men talking and laughing right outside the window which did spoil the whole experience slightly. The afternoon tea was lovely and couldn't fault it. Overall we both had a lovely day and will definitely think about coming again soon.

I was treated to a full spa day with my daughter. All the staff are amazing and very friendly, especially Ffion and Carrie who done our massages. The afternoon tea was lovely, plenty of sandwiches and cakes. The only critisisms I have are that the jacuzzi needs a good scrub, a dirty tide mark is quite visible all round the tub. Also, whilst trying to relax having a facial, there were some noisy men talking REALLY loudly right outside the window which spoilt the experience. Apart from that we both had a lovely day and will be coming again
