We arrived on a Sunday. Tbe lady on reception was polite and welcoming. She showed us to our room which was on the second floor. The room was small, dark and not enough storage for cases or generally. The bathroom was dark. The lighting was terrible, not ideal for using the shower or mirrors. We had to take a light from the bedroom to light the bathroom. The shower had no power it was more like a trickle. The towels were changed everyday and the room cleaned regularly The nighttime’s were noisey as the door to the main entrance was on floor 2. It was a week of hardly any sleep because of this and people having no regard for other people staying in the hotel. Breakfast was provided and adequate. The older lady was too busy on the first day having her breakfast in the breakfast room to be bothered with guests. I would never choose to stay in this hotel again. It’s a four star hotel but I do g know why it has this rating. It’s definitely not. There are alot of amazing hotels in livigno. This is not one of them.

Hotel situato in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici in due minuti a piedi e a poche centinaia di metri dalla zona pedonale. Prima colazione ottima, personale molto gentile, camera curata e ben pulita. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Il weekend del 26/27 agosto, insieme a mia moglie, ci siamo regalati un fine settimana a Livigno. Un paese che piace molto ad entrambi. Questa volta la scelta dove soggiornare, è caduta su hotel marzia. Albergo complessivamente gradevole, camere originali, anche se il lavandino presentava una crepa piuttosto profonda nel lavandino in vetro. Tra l'altro la 1' volta che ne vedo uno. Complimenti per l'idea. Colazione non il massimo, ma complessivamente gradevole. Molto simpatica la signora che ci ha accolto alla reception. Voto complessivo 4 palloni "abbondanti"!

Отель точно не 4 звезды, твёрдые 3. Завтраки так себе, не разнообразные, но найти что покушать есть. Маленькая душевая кабина. В номерах очень чисто, уборка отличная. Банная зона выглядит мрачно, но нормально. Локация хорошая, вокруг есть 3-4 отличных ресторана. Автобус и подъёмники рядом. Вообщем хорошая гостиница на 3 звезды, не более, особого кайфового комфорта там нет.

Ottimo hotel in una posizione strategica, vicino al centro e raggiungibile a piedi. Personale cordiale, disponibile e gentile. Molti ristoranti vicini sia per pranzo che per cena. Le camere sono pulite, buonissima la colazione. Consiglio.

Sono stata all’hotel Marzia per una trasferta di lavoro a marzo con alcuni colleghi. L’hotel è molto carino e ha tutti i servizi essenziali oltre ad una comodità e silenziosità che hanno reso il lavoro semplice. Camere molto belle, spaziose e pulite con attendamento nuovo. La proprietaria è una persona squisita con cui abbiamo collaborato bene già dalle primissime fasi della prenotazione. Disponibile sempre durante il nostro soggiorno per consigli e necessità dell’ultimo minuto. Alla fine del soggiorno ci eravamo oramai affezionati. Do 5 stelle perché nel suo target soddisfa a pieno tutto i requisiti che ci si aspettano. Grazie Marzia per averci fatto sentire a casa !!!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre giorni e l'ho scelto fra i pochi disponibili. La prima impressione: arriviamo e aspettiamo più di 10 minuti perché la reception era deserta. Le camere sono carine ed accoglienti, ma igiene e misure anticovid non rispettate e non fatte rispettare. Inoltre perdo la chiave della camera e me la fano pagare ben 20 euro, era una chiave elettronica, certo, ma non d'oro! Durante il soggiorno chiedo tre informazioni sui bus e me le danno errate tutte le volte! Altra cosa che non ho gradito, in fase di prenotazione, direttamente con l'hotel, non mi è stato chiesto se volessi includere o no la colazione, arrivo ed era inclusa. Mi fanno pagare i 20 euro, sebbene non avrei usufruito della colazione il giorno della partenza in quanto non la servono prima delle 7:00.

Accoglienza perfetta, struttura pulita e confortevole. Camere e bagni spaziosi, buffet della colazione abbondante! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel a due passi dalle piste da sci. Parcheggio comodo fuori dall’hotel

Situato a s.rocco è molto curato, pulito e denota la vera cura di tipo famigliare. Belle stanze, colazione molto varia (non ha ristorazione) , ha nel riposo notturno il suo punto di forza, un silenzio assoluto. Prezzo equo per Livigno a ferragosto
