A great room with an awesome jacuzzi tub

房間還行，可能時間比較長了，設施有點老舊，空調外機聲音很大影響睡眠，我都直接關了。早餐比較單一，每天幾乎都一樣。位置對於在市區辦事的話是偏一點了，在附近還行。前台人比較禮貌，負責早餐的阿姨全程冷臉，即時對她微笑與打招呼都沒反應，感覺很不好！

I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this Best Western! It was recently remodeled, a bright and welcoming interior and very modern. I loved the friendly staff, my room was clean and I liked the variety of items on their breakfast buffet. Another thing that I liked about staying here is that there are bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Clean, nicely decorated, modern room. Great bed and the bathroom had gorgeous granite countertops. Wonderful lighting in the bathroom. Ok breakfast. Got the job done. Quiet and comfortable. Great for a business trip, but I would bring my family to stay here. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Loved it!!!

Excellent in every way except one. It is a beautiful facility, clean an quiet and excently appointed. Staff was attentively gracious. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, cereal, yogert, muffins beagles, and sweet rolls. Coffee and three juice options. But a big negative. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were weird in that they were stiff and actually made a crinkling noise when moved. I got little sleep. However the blanket was soft. The bathroom was superior. Well done there.

This hotel has great reviews. It is not all that. Yes, it is renovated, but it is basic. The pool is closed. It looks perfectly fine, but the filtration system is not working according to staff. Problem: the fitness center is accessed through the pool room and is only open after 10am. Seriously? Most reception staff do not have the key to the pool room. Therefore, effectively there is no access to the fitness room. If you want a fitness room or a pool, do not stay here. If this is not important to you and you want a basic room with no drawers to put your things, in an area that is not particularly nice, but is clean and inexpensive, then it is a good value. It has free good parking.

First let me say I’ve stayed at this hotel before when it was the Ramada inn and I never really had any problems besides the breakfast being trash. I was told this breakfast had gotten better… wrong it’s still trash…. Anyways I stayed in Room 222. I was having problems casting my phone, connecting my fire stick I called the front desk we didn’t spend too much time talking about it then the associate told me to try and YouTube it. ＞:| Butttttt anywho let me just me and my fiancé could not sleep, constantly waking up. I felt like stuff was biting me nothing was there, he woke up feeling like something was holding his foot I had scratches on one of my legs. I don’t know what type of negative energy or spirits was in that room but i rebuked it in the name of Jesus. I’ve never not been able to sleep at a hotel. When I got home slept like a baby though. I don’t normally leave reviews because my stats are either good or semi okay. Oh and one more thing they need to get the shower knob checked it doesn’t go all the way over I kept trying to understand why the bathroom sink and the jetted tub kept getting hotter than the shower. Other than that it would be a year or so before I book with them again give them time to get things together.

The room was very nice and clean, and I would have rated our stay much higher except that our shower didn’t have hot water! It was tepid at best, which combined with the fact hotel rooms are always set to sub-arctic temperatures, made for a chilly night. There were also a LOT of odd noises, all night, from loud fans in the bathrooms of neighboring rooms to what sounded like the ghost of a rotary telephone that went off & on for hours, which may have been the mini-fridge? Given that the rooms are hardwood not carpet - usually a plus - these noises reverberated through the room and made it difficult to sleep.

Arrived to clean room. No toilet paper, so had to go to the front desk to get some. Not sure how a maid misses that supply. Walls appear to be very thin, lots of banging doors and loud music from outside. Right next to a Twin Peaks might be the problem. Not that we use it, but no alarm clock in the room, but a note on the desk that you will be charged for missing items if discovered after you check out. If it is on the list, it should be in the room to start with. Staff were friendly.
