We were pleasantly surprised to see our suite came with a flight of steps leading down to the bed. Spacious room with a huge sofa. It would be better if the TV had a bracket that would allow it to be tilted towards the bed area. No doors for shower area and the tub was not so convenient for showering. A little difficult to shower we feel. Location was not near the eateries. Have to walk quite a bit downhill and uphill. However the staff were all super friendly and we were happy with our stay in general :) thanks a lot Hotel Da Estrela!

The hotel is not very big, but the rooms are adequate. The rooms are decorated in an old style, which can have a sense of nostalgia due to the building style of the hotel.
It has a small restaurant which seems suitable considering the small number of rooms.
Breakfasts are repetitive and lack variety every day.
Unfortunately, the elevator rooms and especially the mirrors inside the elevators were not clean, and the cleaning of the elevators was not paid attention to.
Of course, in addition to these weaknesses, the hotel staff are very pleasant, fluent in English, and always warmly responsive and helpful.

ポルトガル語も英語も喋れない中、延泊の手続きなどを翻訳しながら丁寧に対応していただきました。
お風呂やトイレが少し下水の匂いがしましたが、それ以外の不備はありせんでした。

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Lage. Ist eine ehemalige Schule, was im Design auch immer wieder zu sehen ist.
Wir hatten eine Suite, sehr großes Zimmer und Bad. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz wechselnder Corona Auflagen seitens Regierung hat uns das Personal sehr gut unterstützt.
Lage zur Erkundung Lissabons ist sehr gut, da öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen und insgesamt recht ruhig. Das Restaurant war Corina-bedingt abends geschlossen. Eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre nett gewesen. Ansonsten gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (Mitte Dezember)

Staff were extremely attentive. I borrowed an adaptor for my iPhone and without that help I would have run out of battery.
Room very comfortable, and an excellent inclusive breakfast.
