The lady at the front desk was super friendly and had fresh cookies for us 15 minutes after our arrival. The room was nice. The pool and hot tub area was great. The hotel had a very small town hotel vibe. Location was convenient.

The front desk staff was amazing and although they were checking another party in when we arrived, they promptly acknowledged us and let us know they would be with us shortly.

Checking in was smooth and the front desk person was nice. Upon entry of the room the sink, counter, and floor were dirty. Stains on one of the beds comforters. Free WiFi was terrible being it continuously disconnected while doing business work on my laptop and phone so I couldn’t get any work completed. I asked the front desk about the WiFi and the assistant manager came up to our room to “help”. His idea of helping was telling myself and my family that iPhones suck and that’s why it isn’t working because his android phone works perfect. He then proceeded to tell me that I don’t know how to connect to WiFi with my laptop and that’s why it doesn’t work even when I showed him that it was dropping signal he continued to say it was our phones and laptop not the internet. His main response was “see see it works on my android phone just fine”. Also the toilet continuously had issues flushing. We had people next to us with kids that jumping around and banging on the walls the entire day until late in the night. Several items falling apart in the room it clearly shows the lack of caring for the property.

Really nice people who work there. Breakfast attendent was super nice. Room was nice, but a few things weren't. Light in bathroom really dim, floor felt like the linoleum was coming up in places. Otherwise it was a nice stay. We will be back.

Very friendly staff at check-in. Room was very quiet during our stay which was great. Our room included a king bed and couch. Both were extremely soft to the point of being a little like a hammock. Would stay again if needing hotel on the coast.

Floor in 107 needs replaced. Cracked in many spots. Food and service was above board and great rooms!! Especially in a night if the Ice Storm and cancled concert. Great stsy. Thanks
