Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Schlafzimmer weit von der Straße entfernt, so kein Verkehrslärm; hervorragende Betten und sehr ruhige Klimaanlage. Eine breite Auswahl an Lebensmitteln für Frühstück und Kaffeemaschine ist jeden Tag verfügbar. Gute Gemeindebereiche sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb, einschließlich Pooltisch, Spiele, elektrische Klavier usw. Eine etwas ambivalente Einstellung zum Rauchen im Zentralhof (keine Rauchzeichen neben den Aschenraschen!). Wir blieben während der Jahresbradrie, als Lille für das Wochenende einen riesigen zweiten Handmarkt wird und Autos sind ausgeschlossen. Das verdoppelte die Kosten der Unterkunft. Die Veranstaltung wurde sehr gut verwaltet, eine massive (kann ＞100.000 Teilnehmer sein?) gute Naturstraßenfest für Familien, mit einer beeindruckend effizienten Auflösung Operation am Sonntag, Nacht bewegt Berge von Gummi und Muscheln über Nacht. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, die am Rande der Alten Lille liegen. Das Palais des Beaux-Arts und das Mussee de l'Hospice de Comtesse sind unvergesslich und der Park um die Zitadel ist ein schöner Ort zum Spaziergang. Viele große Gebäude und Denkmäler zu sehen und viele gute Bars und Restaurants, alle in der Nähe des Hotels.

The hotel is excellently located opposite the main train station where the Eurostar arrived. The area was very quiet and also within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed to see so we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The lobby of the hotel is cosy and very welcoming and the people at reception were friendly and very accommodating. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The first thing we noticed was the friendly and helpful staff, which remained consistent throughout our stay. Every request was met with a helpful and positive response. The rooms look very modern in photos, and give a false impression that the hotel is very new. In fact, it is not new at all, as is evident from the ugly external doors of the rooms. However, the interiors of the rooms, including the bathrooms, have been refurbished very well. The only shortcomings are the very small double beds and the lack of power sockets on one side of the bed - whoever designed it presumably believes that only one person in a couple has a smartphone and smartwatch? The breakfast was one of the most disappointing in any hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. At least it was included in the room price, as I would have been very unhappy if I had paid extra for it. There were two types of cheese, one or two types of meat and some croissants. As a comparison, the Holiday Inn in Calais has at least five times as much choice for breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, being quite central, but some other hotels are more central and closer to the more lively areas. If you have a car, then it's quite easy to find on-street parking spaces close to the Holiday Inn because it's not too central.

Die Jugendliches Versammlungszentrum kann nachts in einer kleinen Bar ein Glas trinken, aber das Zimmer ist klein und die Einrichtungen sind nicht zu neu, aber der Dekorationsstil ist relativ speziell, das Aussehen der alten und der moderne industrielle Wind ist auch sehr behutsam.

Rooms hot and poorly ventilated. We We’re pleased it wasn’t summer! The bed was comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Bathroom was ok, but so small I could barely fit into it. Little room between sink and door. One smallish towel was provided per person and one of our towels had a hole in it. The toilet seat was awful. Neither the lid or the seat would stay up. Really awkward for males. Not even plastic glasses were provided in the room, so you couldn’t have a drink of water. Bar was ok but very expensive. Restaurant is a shipping container in the back yard. No doubt very cool and all that but its facilities were meagre. We ordered 2 pizzas and were warned it could be a 50 minute wait. We decided that was just about acceptable. However it took 1.5 hours to deliver our order! It might be funky and all that but it was very, very slow. In fact really poor. Staff friendly, with good English spoken throughout. Parking plentiful and it felt secure. The hotel is too far from the city centre to be convenient. We walked in twice and whilst quite a pleasant walk it is about 40 minutes. There were no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. It wasn’t exactly cheap but OK. Overall average.

Wir haben eine „Family Room“ gebucht und zwei angrenzende Zimmer (durch eine Innentür verbunden), so hatte es zwei Badezimmer, Fernsehsender, das ganze Stück. Das Hotel ist kürzlich renoviert (oder gebaut), es ist sehr gut im Stadtzentrum von Loos, viele Orte zu essen in der Nähe, ein schöner Park und ein Carrefour (falls Sie einige Kaufwaren benötigen). Das Hotel verfügt über alle Maßnahmen für die Behandlung von COVID-19 und das Frühstück wurde serviert, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste nicht oben aufeinander und das Essen sind. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hoch empfohlen und wird wieder durchgehen.
