Finde Hotels in Lille

Needed to be close to city Center. Location is ok though good 15min walk to main city. Hotel itself is very average. Biggest downside is the size of the rooms. They are laughably small even by any European standard. I booked a double bed standard room. The bed was maybe for 2 midgets but certainly not two adults. It was a king single. My suitcase could only fit on the far side of the bed but there was no room to roll it past the bed so I had to hoist it over bed. I visit paris London New York regularly so I understand small rooms. But this was just a joke. Breakfast was really average and really not worth 17euro. I will not come back. The only positive was that the price was reasonable and it was very quiet.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Once we located it (I would recommend NOT USING GOOGLE MAPS) it is very well located using Opera House and Apple Store as landmarks and it is close to Lille Europe. Whilst the rooms are small and the lift even smaller it is not any different in size to any other city centre hotel I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is perfectly adequate with freshly squeezed orange juice (you do have to request this it is not left out in the buffet area). Certainly had no complaints and would stay here again. My only small complaint is an a typical English tea drinker that the basic Thè was not available but this is a small ****** on what is otherwise a good value for money stay.

Very conveniently located, walking distance from Eurolille Station and also to city centre. They very kindly allowed me to check into my room earlier as there was a room available and I was able to rest and freshen up from early morning train travel. Deeply appreciated. Room is more spacious than expected. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended

Very nice place to stay in Lille. Location is good, just 20 mins by foot to the centre or 5 mins by metro from the Gambetta metro station close by. The area is multicultural with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars. Also close to the Palais de Beaux-Arts. The mezzanine room I stayed in wasn't very big but the space was used very cleverly. Possibly not for people who want to spend a lot of time in their room, since the space is rather limited. In the mezzanine there is a large comfy bed and TV. This particular type of room is not really suitable for people with mobility issues, since the stairs to the mezzanine are quite steep and narrow. There is A/C in the room. The foodcourt bar and activity area downstairs is a nice place to hang and the staff is extra helpful and friendly. There is a very good vibe in the hotel and the sumptuous breakfast is excellent and varied. As the hotel was finished only in late-July, there are some teething problems but nothing that cannot be dealt with and I'm sure they will be ironed out very soon. All in all a very nice place to stay with a youthful and energetic vibe. Will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Lille.

Wir hatten das Hotel wg. der Lage ausgesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Leider gibt es kaum Parkplätze - ich hatte vorher einen über das Hotel reserviert (17EUR) - leider für uns nicht nutzbar, da nur Autos bis 1,90m in die Tiefgarage passen. Auf meine Frage beim Check-in wo wir dann parken könnten, kam ein Schulterzucken. Durch vorherige Aufenthalte kannten wir einen grossen Platz in der Nähe des Zoos, wo man parken kann - ist allerdings fast 2km zu Fuss entfernt - wenigstens auf so etwas hätte man hinweisen können. Wir hatten dann abends noch Glück und vor dem Hotel wurde ein Platz frei. Unser war etwas beengt, machte nicht den neuesten Eindruck, aber für 2 Nächte kamen wir klar. Positiv anzumerken - die Minibar war kostenlos. Allerdings war nicht ersichtlich ob es nur auf die Getränke oder alles zutrifft. Wir wurden auf das Green Programm hingewiesen - wenn man 2 Nächte oder mehr dort ist und auf die Reinigung des Zimmers (?) verzichtet, wird einem ein Drink an der Bar angeboten. Wir hängten das entsprechende Zeichen dafür an die Tür - wie erwartet wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt, Gott sei dank aber der Müll geleert. Einen Gutschein oder Drink wurde aber nicht angeboten - schade. Auch eigenartig - das Handwashgel ist in einer grossen Flasche am Waschbecken angebracht - Duschzeug gab es wiederum in kl. Dosen - wäre umweltfreundlicher gewesen, mit einem Dosieren in der Dusche. Klopapier ist chronisch zu wenig verfügbar. Positiv anzumerken: Cafemaschine - leider mit Kapseln, Heisswasserkocher sind vorhanden. Leider ist das Hotel in einem Altbau und wir hatten extrem laute Nachbarn über uns, die wohl nachts um 2.00h durchs Zimmer joggten - was uns den Schlaf raubte. in der 2. Nacht kämpften wir mit einer Armada von Stechmücken, die durchs gekippte Fenster hereinfallen. Hier würden Mückenfenster wirklich Sinn machen. Auch die Nachbar im Hof, die gerne am Wochenende nachts dort Party feiern, haben leider dazu beigetragen, dass wir kaum ein Auge zumachten. Preis-Leistung über die BW-Site war ok. Alles in allem war es leider ein nicht so entspannter Aufenthalt.

I checked in late at 1030pm and was redirect to another hotel abt 6m walk away to check-in. I was told to find my wifi pw in the room. After I checked-in, I cannot find the pw in the whole premises including reception. I also found 2 smelly uaed towels in the locker. I need to walk back to the other hotel n ask for it again. This time round, the guy told me he dont know. He said he had asked in the group chat, and no one replied to him. I was mingled with this for 2hrs standing at their counter, waiting for his reply till 12+ am. Their WIFI is generated by their system, each having a different ID and pw. The room is at basement so I basically can not receive any network n I do not have WIFI. I cannot finish my work and need to leave the next morning. I only get a reply from them 2 days after i check out, this is hilarious. I will never never patronize this hotel, including any of Accors anymore. Their service staff seriously need more training. This the FIRST hotel I went that does not provide WIFI in the last decade.

Positives : cheap, near main train station, late check-in till 12. Negatives: no tea/coffee in rooms, singles smaller than any of the photos (cramped for 2 people), medium wifi strength on floor five Only a 2 star but ideal for stop over when travelling for work. Breakfast not obligatory. Check out starts at 3am for early start/airport. Quiet room facing the back meant little noise from the front so as for quiet room if necessary.

A superior double room gives the impression of a sizeable room. Ours was not sizeable or superior and the bathroom door did not close because of the vanity unit being in the way, therefore, no bathroom privacy! However, everything else was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was value for money.
