Just normal hotel for business trip, there is road construction during the stay, quite noisy in the morning.

I prepaid all my hotel fees online with my credit card via Trip.com, but shortly after I checked out of my hotel, I received an SMS on my mobile phone saying that my credit card was charged again by the hotel itself (the duplicate charge being approximately 1250 HKD, which is more or less the same as what I had prepaid via Trip.com).
I sought help from Trip.com regarding the duplicate charge, but still haven't received any refund after waiting for more than 1 week.
I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone. You pay for your room at double price for no reason at all.

Das sehr zentral gelegene Hotel ist perfekt für einen Besuch von Lille. Schon beim Check-in erfuhren wir die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft des Teams, das unkompliziert weiterhilft. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe, die Badezimmer sind geräumig, alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Bar haben wir genossen und mit dem Barkeeper ein nettes Gespräch geführt. Ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Große Zimmer, große Bäder, super Frühstück, hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Direkt in der Nähe eine Tiefgarage. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und würden das Haus immer wieder für einen Zwischenstop in Lille nutzen

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as a family of 5 adults in 3 separate rooms. On arrival the staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming and accomodating. The staff ensured that all 3 rooms were on the same level as each other and placed the single traveller (myself) across the hall from one of the other rooms to ease anxiety of being alone. The room itself was clean and really lovely. There was a large double door that opened onto a Juliet Balcony that had a beautiful view of the square and clock tower. It was really central to everything and walking distance to most attractions. It was serviced by 2 underground secure carparks that was great for our rental car. It was lovely and quiet at night but still close to all the action. The cleaning staff were so lovely and always greeted us every morning. We cannot wait to stay here again one day soon hopefully.

Hotel located 10 minutes by foot from Lille Train Station. Overall 8/ 10. Situation is very close to Lille city center, train station and metro. Reception service: 9/10 warm welcome and very professional service. Breakfast service: 0/10 staffs at the breakfast area is not very friendly at all, we was say hello to his/her, they never say hello back and always ignoring us. That's weird. (2 guys and 1 woman at the breakfast service area) - we were stay here for 3 days, during our stay his/her always ignoring us. When we have arrived and waiting for our room. I tried to order something to drink, he just looks at me and just walk aways. So I have to go to the reception to order the drink instead. (breakfast is classic nothing special - juice, bread, omelet, eggs etc). Room & Amenities: 7/10 Bed and room are ok but shower is was slippery when is wet. Bar: 9/10 (night service bar). She was very nice and friendly. Thank you very much. Only one negative point, there is not many choice of beverages.

A good hotel perfectly located close to the old Lille. Great if you want to do a weekend of shopping. Walking distance to most things. We had a twin room which was a bit warm (air con less effective) and a large bathroom. Perhaps a bit too crowded with furniture but otherwise good. The pillows could have been a bit softer. The breakfast was decent but could be improved with more variety of cheeses and cold meat. I would stay here again.
