Very helpful staff. Surprisingly vast array of food choices for breakfast. Room gives however a slightly cramped feeling, partly because of the bed being placed directly next to the door

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Aber warum dieses Hotel den Zusatz "Styles" hat, ist nicht nachvollziehbar - das Interieur ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und Ausstattungs-technisch ist es eher einer der alten roten Ibis-Am Bahnhof - Hotels ...

Comfortable basic room good shower and comfortable bed. Budget hotel in the middle of town. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast.

Felt welcome on arrival, friendly and helpful staff gave advice on where to eat, etc. Grateful to be able to access room early. Clean room with excellent shower. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very convenient location for town centre and stations.

Staff were friendly, room given not particularly good, overlooking a block of apartments. Would have been nice to have been given a room with a better view. Carpets very dirty and stained. Bathroom door in bad condition. Very basic room. Not had breakfast yet so can't comment.

The reception area and breakfast room are lovely and modern. Staff are great and the breakfast is plentiful... so no complaints there. However our twin room was tiny and the shower room had a dreadful drain smell. We did let the receptionist know and on our return from dinner the smell appeared to have gone but in the morning it was back sadly. Also we both like a cup of hot drink before bed and before going down for breakfast and no kettles are provided at this particular hotel. Its their policy to charge for use of the machine outside of breakfast hours. We also got the vibe from when we booked in that they didn't really want to clean the room unless necessary. It would not be done as a matter of course. I think trying to keep costs down by not having kettle with tea/coffee/sugars to have to replenish every day included. Less electricity too. I get what they are doing but ... 😔.

Great clean basic hotel with everything you need. Friendly staff, they recommended we book a restaurant if we wanted to eat in town. We were so pleased we did as town was very busy. Big comfortable bed . Excellent free breakfast. We managed to park on-site which whilst expensive at €17 it was easy and safe.

Brilliant hotel staffed by wonderful people. Super location with all we wanted to visit within 25 minutes walk including Eurostar. Breakfast especially lovely and chilled bar area. Local shops and amenities very close and all you require available.We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again here at IBIS Styles Gare Beffroi. Thank you for your part in making our first family holiday abroad in 4 years very memorable and special.

This is an amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Great location, close to everything. All in all, outstanding value for money.

We arrived at the hotel well before checkin time and were given the opportunity to leave our bags with reception before exploring the city. When we returned we were checked in efficiently, my Gold Card status was noted and welcome drinks offered. Room was clean and everything was in working order. breakfast is varied and nicely presented. A great budget hotel - will always return when in Lille.
