The location of the hotel is very near to Lille Europe Train and Bus Station! Very convenient for those who are travelling and hotel location also not busy at night.

Convenient location just next to Eurostar terminal and about 10 minutes walk to Lille city center. The room was spacious enough for two people, although it did have an unexpected baby crib, which felt a bit out of place. Overall, comfortable stay with great accessibility !

The hotel is at a superb location. but the bathroom fixture is quite old and broken. The drainage area is particular duty. The hotel provide paper cups and doesn't have usb socket at the wall nor the hotel will borrow you one. when I asked for slippers and toothbrush, I was asked by the staff to pick up from -the reception area and not delivered to my room. There are plenty of cafes and bakery near the hotel, so we didn't bother to try their breakfast. we went back to our room to pick something up while a lady was cleaning it. She let us went straight into our room without asking us to tap our card for security check. The hotel service is quite sloppy overall.

Book this hotel because we had a train at 6am and it was next to the station. We had an issue because we booked for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids). But at the hotel, they says we only booked for 2 adults and they asked us to pay additionnal fee for extra people. The issue was between the booking platform and the hotel. I don't know how but somehow the commnication between them was incorrect. And it was to the customer to pay again because of the mistake between them. And the hotel was telling us that we were cheating, trying to go with 4 people and paying for 2 which was wrong.

The location was very convenient for train travelling. I arrived next door at Lille Europe and continued the next day to Lille Flandres station. Walked to both. The hotel is also working a very nice walk to city centre. Very safe and lively walk. The Westfield shopping mall is nearby so shopping is made easy. Large mini suite. My son travelled with me so we had the small bed made out, but still had plenty of room. Only thing are that the bathroom and toilet room seem prefabricated and are kind of wonky (though very functional. My son felt they felt as if we were in a train bathroom. All and all, very nice. *we did not eat at the cafeteria (it is not a restaurant, really).

Located next to Lille Europe station and within walking distance of city centre. Big shopping mall nearby but old city (Vielle Lille) is much more interesting. Large modern room with a microwave and coffee machine. Good breakfast.

Staff team is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for travel via Lille Europe Station.

Me encanto el hotel justo en frente de la estacion lille europe y tambien de las paradas del autobus lo que viene genial. Y aparte hay muchos restaurante a tan solo 5m caminando. Todo perfecto , conforto de la habotacion top
