Es ist eine Einrichtung und ein Service, der mehr als eine erschwingliche Übernachtungsgebühr ist, wie z. B. die Korrespondenz des Personals, ein Bad mit guter Aussicht auf den Berg Fuji, ein sauberes Zimmer und eine reichhaltige Suppe zum Frühstück. Ich möchte es wieder verwenden.

I love this, if you stay lake view. You will be surprise by your window of the room.

I am incredibly grateful to the staff for arranging such an amazing Mount Fuji and lake view for us. It was truly the perfect birthday gift and made my celebration unforgettable. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every day was a dream come true. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel team for their thoughtful gesture and exceptional service. Hotel provide free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station. Also have private onsen with a fee. Good location and breakfast. Overall very satisfied.

I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways. The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed. My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet. The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM) The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds. Key Points: - The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes between the hotel and Kawaguchiko Station. - There are no convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel's convenience store has limited options. - There is only one restaurant near the hotel, and it's only open for lunch. If you don't have a car, your dining options are limited to the hotel's buffet or instant ramen (from hotel's convenient store at Lobby 1st floor).

Another nice hotel we stayed in is here Hotel Route Inn. Everything was great. View frm our room is magnificient. And the best thing is they have a private onsen that u can use with a fee. And very affirdable too!! Every staff is so helpful and polite. 🥰

Perfect location for Mt. Fuji visit along the lake side. My room is small due to late booking, however, a perfect rate for staying in hotel in such location. Though I couldn't enjoy the Mt. Fuji view from room, but I can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view while I having my breakfast in restaurant or just walk out the hotel. Hotel hot spring also with reasonable size. A high value stay this visit.

I tell hotel's staff that the room next to me made a loud noise and they decide to let me have another room futher away from that loud room. thx

Not far fm Kawaguchiko station, near ropeway or boating nice here.

The location is good to photo shoot for Fuji mountain. Nice taste for the breakfast buffet. The facilities and service are also very well!

Nice place to near lake kawaguchiko but if you rent a car, it perfect because bus around lake kawaguchiko not too much. If this hotel have car pickup will help customer easier for go to there.
