My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

Ich habe jetzt mit meiner Familie 4 oder 5 mal in Stardust Hotel gebucht, das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, Joy geht immer über und über die Erwartungen, Agnes in der Rezeption ist so hilfsbereit, Joel sehr nah annähernd, wir finden immer den Ort sauber und gemütlich, Das Essen ist gut und vernünftig bezahlt, und es ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, Der einzige Nebenteil ist das Wifi, es ist nicht sehr gut und Sie ständig verlieren Verbindung, sortieren Sie es aus Joel, Es läßt die Geschäfte ab, Abgesehen davon, dass es ein sehr schöner Ort zu bleiben ist, werde ich in ein paar Wochen wieder zurückgehen.

Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr sauber. Bett und Kissen sind komfortabel. Wifi stark im Inneren des Zimmers und Lobby. Personal ist freundlich. Süßes Haven Restaurant und Bella Pizza im Inneren des Komplexes wird sehr empfohlen. Ich konnte nicht den Pool zu versuchen, ist es war nett klein, da es sowohl für das Hotel als auch für die Wohnräume. Es waren viele Leute damals schwimmen. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel empfehlen. Worth the long trip “We book for 3 nights in water villa and 2 nights on a Pool view villa. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a nice place in Matabungkay (as I always had a prejudice against the place, though it was my first time there). Though I had a pleasant stay, I’ll still give my positives and negatives views. On the Positive side: The property has 3 pools and seashore beach. I didn't swim, but the pools looked clean and the whole environment was inviting. My whole family enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. All the staff were very nice and friendly so you’ll feel at home. The grounds were spacious enough to accommodate a lot of people without feeling cramped. Beach area was clean and the water was warm because it was shallow-- it was up to my knee approximately 15 meters from the shore.” The Negative side: My complain only is about the WiFi. The signal is not that strong and intermittent and totally no wifi signal in the water villa. Hope they could find a way to fix this issue because this is one of the important things to look for on a hotel. Overall: Matabungkay Beach Hotel comes highly recommended. If anyone from the staff is reading this, thank you so very much.

Kam zum zweiten Mal hierher, die geografische Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, mit Blick auf den Taal-See, sehr ruhig. Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es Starbucks Catering. Als es gut war, habe ich vergessen, Fotos zu machen. sehr empfehlenswert.
