I was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star.

Gute, zentrale Lage. Freundlicher Service. Nette Zimmer, leider deutlich abgewohnt und nicht so sauber, wie man es sich zum geforderten Zimmerpreis wünscht. Es ist laut drumherum, nachts auch mal lärmig, vermischt mit den Abluftaromen der vielen umliegenden Restaurants.

Bei meinem Aufenthalt war ich sehr positiv überrascht von dem kleinen Hotel im Zentrum von Leiden. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, dezent und stilvoll eingerichtet. Mir hat die reduzierte, aber recht hochwertige Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Zimmer und Bad waren auch sehr sauber. Und das Bett war bequem. Top ist auch die zentrale Lage. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum. Drum herum sind viele schöne Grachten, Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Es könnte daher auch abends mal ein bisschen lauter werden. Bei meinem Besuch war es aber spätestens um 23 Uhr sehr angenehm ruhig. Und auch davor hörte man nur vereinzelnd Stimmen oder ein paar Mal ein Lachen aus den Kneipen in der Nähe. Aber nichts was mich besonders gestört hätte. Mehr Infos zu Hotel und Lage findet ihr auch auf meinem Blog. Die Rezeption war nicht die ganze Zeit besetzt.

Great location in a beautiful city. Booked a single room with double bed. Room was an odd shape but bed was big and comfortable. Very clean. Check in was fine, even though it was late and you have to use the app. Once you've got in, you can use the room keys.

The hotel is located very close to the bus and train station and easy to find . The room was quiet, clean comfortable and I felt very safe on my own. The bathroom was clean and large with all amenities. There is no staff in the evenings but you can borrow plates, cutlery, wine glasses , bottle openers etc from the breakfast room . The room also has a small fridge and a kettle and there is an elevator.The bed was extremely comfortable and there is access to Netflix and Prime on the TV. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by. I used Leiden as a base for visiting Lisse, Delft, Rotterdam, The Hague, Hillegom and Keukenhof.

Check-in was a bit rough. That day I was flying from another country, thus once arriving at the hotel around 17:00 I saw a locked entrance door - I was a bit surprised.
Fortunately, I had a phone with international SIM, thus I was able to call the "night shift" number, then they let me in remotely.
So, this was only one "bad surprise". Everything was good.

Great location, close to the train station and in the old inner city. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with horrible lighting. The lights bedside weren’t great either but it was a very nice room. The staff was great also.

This is a nice hotel located near the center of Leiden and its Central Station. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I were to return to Leiden.

The hotel and the room are excellent, great room with enough space. For the situation, you are near the traitn station, but there are a few cafés around. Being there for 4-5 nights, one night the buzz was strong on the street, that was a little disturbing; but with earplugs and the vent, I was okay. You also have a balcony and in the heart, so there is two dises to this. Service was kind; I stll recommand it!
