We have stayed at this hotel for four times in the past ten years. Over the years, the cleanliness and quality has steadily declined, which is why I now feel obliged to write an evaluation. We had rented the "freshly renovated villa" for a price of ~400€ per night. Now it is a matter of definition what "freshly renovated" means, but apparently nothing has been renovated there in the last few years (or even decades). The bathroom, the toilet, the kitchen including the electrical appliances, everything was old and in a very unkempt condition. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the hallway, the smoke detectors didn't work, and the couch in the living room was so dirty and stained that we didn't want to use it. There were footprints on the walls, the furniture, towels, plates, cups, cutlery - everything was dirty. In general, it gave the impression that no one was taking care of the maintenance of the hotel. We have complained about this several times at the reception, but no compensation was provided, nor were we offered a discount. The location of the hotel is excellent, but for us it is no longer an option for future stays.

Formule 2 nuits du dimanche au mardi.Très bon accueil, chambre agréable, spa bien aménagé. De nombreuses prestations sont proposées: location de vélo(classique ou électrique) spa(jacuzzi 6 personnes, hammam, sauna) soins en instituts, fauteuils massant, restauration de qualité. La mer n'est pas loin. Adresse à retenir. Merci.

Très jolie chambre Elegance, avec un bel espace. Très bel extérieur et superbes instituts pour les massages. Très proche de la plage et bien placé pour arpenter l’île de ré quelques jours. Par contre, bémol sur le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est trop cher par rapport aux plats proposés. Nous avons bien mieux mangé ailleurs. De plus, déçue d’apprendre que la piscine « chauffée » est en fait à l’extérieur et que le jacuzzi n’est pas bien chaud. Sinon sauna et hammam très bien. Pensez bien à réserver vos heures de spa journalières si c’est compris dans votre chambre car facile de trouver un créneau en avril mais sûrement beaucoup plus compliqué sur d’autres mois (spa petit et max 7 personnes)

Hôtel accueillant, avec un bel aménagement extérieur (piscine, spa, cabanon de lecture, ...) ; bien situé près d'une plage ; personnel à l'écoute et bienveillant ; salle de bain/WC exiguë pour un hôtel 4*, literie confortable. Dommage que les menus ne soient pas renouvelés d'un soir à l'autre.

Trois jours vraiment très agréables, les prestations sont top, les petits déjeuners sont variés et délicieux. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très professionnel, un grand merci à Virginie du Restaurant et à Nathan de l'accueil qui sont tout simplement Adorables 🤗

Bien passe en vélo pendant 6 heures et SPA et aussi fauteuil massage ça fait du b ine mais malheureusement il n y a personne dans l hôtel et nous avons un peu déçu car nous préférons le petite déjeuner dans le restaurant pas dans la chambre car le restaurent est ferme à cause il n y a personne !!! mais nous revendrons encore !!

Nous avons passé un weekend parfait entre amies. Logements neufs et très bien équipés. Literie parfaite et très confortable. Excellent accueil du personnel. Possibilité de louer des vélos sur place et c est un grand plus. Restauration excellente et petit déjeuner somptueux.

La propreté est au rendez vous ! Les matelas sont incroyables ! La cuisine un pur délice. Pour les fauteuils massants, ça n’a pas été notre moment préféré. Un Spa non privatif mais qui est propre et agréable. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et aux petits soins.
