Das Personal und die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr gut. Alles im Allgemeinen perfekt. Wir haben es sehr gefallen. Sie müssen ein wenig mehr die Badzimmer kontrollieren, die der Vater schmutzig war. Der Rest ist sehr gut. Die Rezeption Mädchen ein 10. Die Details des Kaffees 24 Stunden ist sehr gut. Es una buena opción a muy buen precio. No tiene nada especial, pero cubre la necesidades de un alojamiento de paso en el que descansar: amplio, cómodo y silencioso. El baño era bastante nuevo y muy amplio. El servicio correcto. Tiene parking incluido en el precio (aunque hay bastante aparcamiento gratuito en la zona) y ofrecen desayunos (cajitas que te suben a la habitación). Una buena opción en la zona.

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

This motell on the outskirts of Madrid is very good for the price. Fairly clean and spacious room, but the bed had wheels and moved easily and was a little hard, and the door to the bathroom was a little difficult to close. Even though it was very close to the highway it was fairly quiet. All inn all good value for money.
