The room had nothing but two towels and a roll of toilet paper. NOTHING ELSE. They might be in the process of renovating… I hope that’s the case… But nothing was mentioned. In my travels over the last year I had begun to appreciate La Quinta returning to being a pleasant and safe motel as they were when the chain opened. Definitely not theCase with this property. The worst part was the fact that the door lock mechanism was loose and broken on the inside! Along with very poor lighting on the property.

Room was clean but hallways were filthy. Outside trash cans were overflowing and never emptied during our stay. Fitness center is small but has brand new equipment. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Shower was standard, however it had great pressure and was nice and hot. Overall, its a decent place to crash, but nothing special.

I got a room to sleep a few hours on my way back from Los Angeles to Houston.
Had been onthe road for 12 hours and needed rest was not looking for a fancy place but I was not expecting to get a dirty room. 😅 anyways I went back to the front desk complaining about the unmade made and towels on the floor . They gave me a different room . I was really upset at first but was too tired to go elsewhere so i was glad theygave a different room and went to sleep. Not the cleanest place to stay but it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

alright this place was disgusting. the room smelled terrible. like so terrible. we attempted to switch rooms bc of the super kind lady at the desk to enter a room which smelled even worse. so we retreated to the first room. the sheets were stained on one bed. one hundred percent not recommended. there is apparently a newer hotel across the street...might be worth checking out.

It was so loud all night long. Could literally hear the man next to us snoring, people above us walked around all night. Went to call front desk and phone was not plugged in. Shower was like someone was spitting on me. Very, very disappointed. Will not stay here again

Front desk agents clearly overworked, rooms not clean because of staffing issues (according to front desk.) Broken windows, stained carpets, mold in bathroom, security lock broken on room door. Breakfast not provided even though it’s advertised was told they didn’t have staff or money for providing breakfast. Terrible place to stay . The grounds around the hotel are also not maintained, trash and weeds throughout. Disgusting

The stay at this hotel was horrendous. Customer service atrocious. Attendant made us wait about 20 minutes while he physically checked if there was any available clean room for us, although I had a reservation. The carpet, and the chairs were filthy. The whole room as simply unsanitary. Rust in the shower head, no light bulbs for the lamps, bathroom door damaged, missing grate for the air flow vent. Never again! Unfortunately we need to stay one night.

What i didn't like was how we were treated by staff and owners. They were ruthless, obnoxious. Threatened us I got rude back at them also. We only spent one night, threw us out the next day, because of the situation. They kept my money, refunded me back nope. Another guest that was there also, couldn't wait until she got out of there. Their reviews weren't so great so good either.😡

We usually stay at this property when in Las Cruces but next time we will look other places. No remote in room, light bulbs out in lamps, not enough towels and just didn’t seemed to be cleaned with care as it usually is.
