Easy check in. Hotel is located in a great location for train, and if you are going to the football game. Hotel was clean, bathroom was a little outdated but clean. Overall, nice place to stay. Staff is nice and helpful. Only stayed one night for the football game on Sunday!

Bizarre Saturday night. There was not a single parking space available when we came back to hotel at 10:30 PM. There were 2 events going on and hundreds of cars driving around looking for spots. Total chaos--Sheriff's officer was there. Had to stay at another hotel. No help from front desk or hotel manager.

Hotel is fine if you can sleep through a disco. The hotel has a nightclub on site that rattles the building til well after midnight. If you need a good night of sleep, DO NOT STAY here…and our room was as far from the nightclub as possible. Oh…and if you leave the property during the evening hours there may be no parking upon return due to the nightclubbers parking.

They have a gift shop but was not open at all times posted. There is a nightclub on premise that has very strict dress code and cover charge. Breakfast was excellent. Beds are uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow because the ones they have a little.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I had an issue with my first room, clogged tub, so they upgraded us to the penthouse. The penthouse made my family and I feel like 70s superstars lol. It was spacious and had enough room for us all. Downside:The property was outdated, in need of renovations, and breakfast was $9.95 tax. Also the pool is outdoor.

Old style hotel could use some updating and the parking area is secluded from the street area which was nice but could use some security for safety of guests overall unique hotel the old feel and style was nice does seem to get hot in the hallways might need more air conditioning and ventilation

This place is smelly and their bathroom is broken. Exhaust fan doesn’t work. “Bedbugs” alert good luck sleeping at night!

Bathroom mirror was hanging off the bathroom wall by one last piece of double sided sticky tape. When I called, the employee woman couldn't leave the front desk because she was the only staff in the building. She offered to give me another room if I came back down, but it was very late and I was too tired to drag all of my bags back down to the front desk. Before bed, I went to chain lock the door and the lock was broken as if someone had already broken in before (see photos). The sheer curtain had an 18" slit down it. Listen, I know for $100 I'm not staying at the Ritz, but I do expect to not have fear of room decor falling on me that is held up with double sided tape and fear of people breaking in. The cleaning team would have noticed these issues and someone chose to ignore them.

Didn't like the way I was treated by a female at the front desk. When I explain that I needed something printed from the computer room on the printer but it was out of ink. I was told " Not my problem " Later I ask if I could watch TV in the lobby. " NO! "
