Motel was nice . Check in was easy. Cafe in the morning was Rude seemed very bothered by take out orders.

Room wasn’t available by 4pm. The front desk person was helpful but was calling frantically for housekeeping and made it a scene. She did waive the deposit which I appreciated. We had no towels and couldn’t get any when needed. Had to borrow a towel from another room we had to get ready for the event we were going to. When we got back later that night the towels were there but just a pile of them tossed on the bed.
I’ve stayed here several times and had the same issue before that the room wasn’t ready. If check out time is 11… there should be plenty of time to get rooms clean and ready. I wasn’t impressed and I get it, you get what you pay for. But I’ve seen better than this there.
Some guy was blasting music in the morning out front and no one bothered to make him stop.

It’s ill prepared, first room no bedding sheets; then second room, missing flat sheets. There is no kitchen ware at all despite it’s claiming comes with kitchenlett.

There was no phone in room and there was no toilet paper or spare rolls in room, I gave them back the keys and asked for a full refund which I will contact ******* about.I will not be staying there ever again. Sinserley Bob Anson

You definitely get what you pay for. My room is clean and has all the things in it they described. However, as this is a partly long stay property, there are lots of people who seem to treat this as an apartment complex. Although, I think they only except ADA dogs, there seem to be a suspiciously large amount of those Including two, who keep continually barking. Clean, but not quiet.
