Ich hatte hier vorhin eine kleine Idee, was zu erwarten war. Aber es war eine Weile, also gab es ein paar Dinge, die mich aus der Wache gefangen genommen haben. Es gibt nur einen negativen, den ich denke, und es ist nicht eine riesige, aber ich denke es ist notwendig, aufmerksam zu machen .... 📱📱 Es gab Null USB-Plugins im Zimmer. Es gab ein paar verschiedene Standard-Plug-ins, dass wenn Sie den Kopf für Ihre Kabel haben, Sie wären okay. Aber zwischen zwei Leuten hatten wir einen Kopf, so dass es uns ein wenig aus der Wache gefangen. Es würde nicht viel dauern, um einen Ausflug in der Wohnfläche zu wechseln. 🛏️ Das Bett war komfortabel. Die Kissen waren komfortabel und verwendete die nach unten Alternative, die schön war. Großes Hotel, große Lage! Hausaufbewahrung ersetzte nicht die Artikel im Zimmer (Wäschepapier, Tassen, etc.), aber das Zimmer war sauber.

They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day. I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

Hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir blieben zu einem Konzert in Nashville und es war perfekt. Die Abendsnackzeit war eine wunderbare Behandlung, Duschen waren wunderschön und die Betten waren super komfortabel! Ich würde es absolut empfehlen!

A bit outdated rooms and facilities, but clean and and good value of money.

Die Lage war einfach und für alles zugänglich Das Hotel ist schön. Die Mitarbeiter-Team-Mitglieder, die wir getroffen haben, sind sehr nett. Ich brauchte es für meine Reise. Problem, das ich hatte war, dass das Toilette auch nachdem ich den Druckknopf laufen halten. Ich habe mit dem Vorderbüro-Repräsentant gesprochen. Ihr Name ist Jamie und sie schickte einen Ingenieur oben. Wenn ich wieder in mein Zimmer zurückkehre, scheint es jedoch korrigiert zu sein, sobald Sie das Toilette gespült haben Continue running. Also rede ich mit ihr wieder und sie sagte mir, dass der Ingenieur ihr gesagt hat, dass der Mechanismus in mir die Kugel und Kette ändern muss. Deshalb schlug sie vor oder fragte, ob ich mein Zimmer wechseln wollte. Da ich nicht war, weil ich am nächsten Morgen weg war, bot sie mir die Hälfte meines Aufenthalts zu kompensieren. Als sie merkte, dass ich durch einen Dritten gebucht habe, sagte sie mir, dass sie mir das gleiche in Punkten von Hilton geben könnte. Sie komponiert auch die Parkgebühr für mein Auto. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Besuch. Ich möchte nur sicherstellen, dass Zimmer 301-Problem korrigiert wird, weil es extrem irritierend ist, wenn das Toilette nicht füllt und bleibt in einem kontinuierlichen Laufmodus für Stunden. 

Ein angenehmes Hotel, mit gut ausgestatteten sauberen Zimmern. Das Hotelpersonal und der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, sehr zentral in Nashville gelegen einem empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

It was nice for the price the bed was comfy .. the only thing that was wrong the fridge didn't work but other than that it was good
