Heads up, you have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot. Being on the other side of the highway across from downtown, there’s really not much as far as restaurants/entertainment within walking distance. The lobby area was very nice and well maintained/clean. Our room was decent, beds very comfortable and nice added touches like robes and bar counter with sink, fridge , coffee maker and ice maker, however the coffee ground provided were in unsealed tin can containers and the creamer provided was old as it poured out curdled. The room needed some cleaning (floors, furniture and fronts of appliances specifically the vent part). Our 1 bedroom “suite” was small and the “city view” was non existent unless you stood at the corner of one window and looked really hard at an angle.
The little “coffee shop” in the lobby is convenient but the employee that “helped” us was rude. Another heads up…a plastic cup of iced tea is $6.
Overall not impressive, but our goal was to be able to walk back from Titans stadium after a concert and to stay in a quieter area without the downtown nightlife noise, and this hotel provided both of those things.
