GGastnutzer4. Juli und Geburtstagsreise. Wir reservierten das zeitgenössische Zimmer. Einchecken war schnell und einfach und das Zimmer war bei der Eincheckenzeit bereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Fabelhaftes Eingangsaussicht mit dem riesigen Boden zum Decken von Fenstern. Das Badezimmer war geräumig mit Doppelsänken, großer Dusche und Wasserschrank. Wir waren auf der 39. Etage und das Fangen eines Aufzugs ist kein Problem. Das Resort ist riesig, aber leicht zu navigieren. Wir haben bei Wahlburgers und Villan & Saint gegessen. Das Essen an beiden Orten war großartig und vernünftig bezahlt. Auch mit einem Urlaubswochenend konnten wir zu der Zeit essen, die wir wollten, ohne lange Wartezeit. Caffeccino ist 24 Stunden offen, so war es großartig, früh morgens Kaffee und eine Backe oder eine späte Nachtsnack zu nehmen. Die Geburtstagsbar war lustig. Sie gab mir einen kostenlosen gemütlichen Geburtstagsschrank zu tragen. Es war cool, um den Casino-Ebene zu gehen, mit Fremden, die mir einen gemütlichen Geburtstag wünschen. Ich habe mich sofort für die Auszeichnungskarte zeichnet. Das gibt Ihnen ermäßigte Parkplätze, wenn Sie dort fahren. Der Strand war sauber und wir konnten Strandstühle und eine Schirmle mieten. Dies war mein erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Resort und ich würde definitiv wieder zurückgehen!

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer brauchte Vakuum, als wir erst da waren auch einer der Klingeln Männer, er war sehr brutal zu uns sehr brutal zu meinem Mann und ich war sehr abschiedslos, er erkannte uns nicht, und ich schätze nicht, dass jeder andere sehr freundlich war, Herzlich und nett, aber das Zimmer war die Krümmungen auf dem Boden, als wir ins Zimmer gingen

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

GGastnutzerRoom was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

Ich habe eine Fernbedienung gefragt, die ich etwa eine halbe Stunde später erhalten habe.
Und die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, ich rief sofort die von der Arbeitsfläche für einen Bout eine Stunde und es gab keine Antwort

AAnonymer BenutzerThe young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
