We stayed at the recently remodeled MGM Tower because it was supposed to be superb but the furniture already shows wear and tear, the parking lot is difficult to access and cleanliness was just average with crumbs and some hair on the floor.

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte zur Promenade. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam, und ich bin seit zwei Tagen hier, um die Reinigung zu stören. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss, sehr sauber!

Excellent clean conditions and very friendly staff, I actually got locked out of my room in my socks and very friendly staff helped me with a new key. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would want to check into is, the parking. I believe there is a fee to park which seems crazy for someone staying in their hotel. I was not charged a fee as they had problems with their computer which delayed my check in so was comped parking.

Die Lage war großartig, aber sicherlich nicht wert $300 für die Nacht. Die Boden sahen mit Laminatboden und Möbel erschien nett neu, aber alles andere war alt. Das Zimmer, das von Rauchen geräuchert war, Decken und Böden hatten überall Krüppel, die dünnensten und schlimmsten Handtücher. Das Hotel braucht eine große Renovierung im Allgemeinen. Wenn wir nicht letzte Minute ein Zimmer bekommen mussten, würde ich nicht mehr hier bleiben.

Es war keine Fernsehsuche, die ich Zimmerservice nennte. Ich habe eine Fernbedienung gefragt, die ich etwa eine halbe Stunde später erhalten habe. Und die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, ich rief sofort die von der Arbeitsfläche für einen Bout eine Stunde und es gab keine Antwort

Room was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
