Very nice room , good price and close to CPK stadium  ( we came for a KC Current game)and other points of interest. Also close to dining options and had good on site parking. Accommodated our requests for river view and early check-in.

房間不錯 環境設施也不錯 凌晨三點去趕飛機 因為付款問題不能叫車 前台一位上夜班的小女孩 幫我緊急溝通了一位門口等待接客的司機 把我送往機場 我非常感謝她 對她的服務很認可 她是個善良的人 因為一些原因沒能起飛 酒店前台電話一直打不通 我七點左右溝通攜程能否聯繫酒店前台 續訂昨晚住的房間能否提前入住 我也可以多付點錢 我打車回到酒店和一個早上開始上班的歲數大一點的女前台溝通 她説我要先預訂她才知道能不能提前入住 我説如果能提前入住 我再訂一晚 她説不可以 結果就變成了無法訂房的死循環 攜程客服也非常積極幫我聯繫酒店 但三個小時也衹打通了一次 我説前台一直有人 但是還是搞不懂為什麼打不通 很感謝攜程 最後我到附近的另外一家酒店 前台非常nice 幫我提前辦理了入住 並告訴我讓我先預訂才能查詢能否能夠提前入住的那個酒店女前台簡直是在胡來

Dieses Hotel war nicht sauber. Hatte der schmutzigste Schwimmbad, den wir je gesehen haben, hatte überall Haare flogen und war eine wolkenbewölkte Farbe. Blätter waren schmutzig, Bad war schmutzig und der Kühlschrank hatte Haare in der Tür auf der Schale. Selbstverständlich ist die Reinigung für sie keine Priorität.

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu. Bequemer Transport, das diagonale Team ist der Bahnhof und die kostenlose Stadtbahn. Die drei Stockwerke im Erdgeschoss sind Einkaufszentren, Essen, Trinken und Spaß haben. Insbesondere die Qualität des Hotelpersonals ist hoch und der Service gut.

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

Das Zimmer des Hotels ist sehr komfortabel, die Einrichtungen sollten vollständig sein, sehr geeignet für Urlaub und Freizeit. Die Umgebung ist sauber und sauber und sehr ruhig. Der Aufenthalt war ok für eine Nacht. Nicht ein großes Beispiel für eine 21C in meiner Meinung. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, aber buchstäblich 3 Schritte vom Aufzug entfernt, so habe ich die ganze Nacht das ”Ding” gehört, und die Bar ließ ihre Glasflaschen in einen Dumpster draußen, auf der gleichen Seite wie die Zimmer, die sehr laut war. Ich musste mich anrufen, um Shampoo und Seife zu bekommen, da es niemand im Zimmer war, als ich ins Zimmer kam. Trinken in der Bar sind phänomenal - sie sind wirklich Künstler - und war der Schwerpunkt des Aufenthalts.

Jedes Mal, wenn Sie auf dem Weg sind, wählen Sie dieses alte Hotel, sicher und zuverlässig, die geografische Lage ist überlegen, es ist bequem, zum Platz zu essen und zu essen, das Hotel ist sehr gut für das Essen und das Bar
